What is the point of this series?
This is meant to be a self-help series and an outlet for my own emotions. I am by no means a professional, but the purpose of this is to help my readers emotionally through my own experiences. I am trying to reach out and connect to others, telling them that it's okay to be hurt and that people understand.
How does it work?
As of right now, my plan is roughly this: Each chapter will be titled a certain emotion/experience: "anger pt.2", "breakups", etc. There will be a short fictional but realistic story about it. The end will feature me talking about how to fight through it, and a song/quote related to the topic. I know lots of us are suffering, and sometimes realizing someone is going through the same thing makes it more bearable.
Every once in a while, I will include an opinion like: "Opinion: Society" or "Opinion: Self-Love" and talk about how I feel about it, because there are so many important topics that aren't talked about that should be talked about. Random sprinkles of random things will be everywhere too.
I will definitely add more content in the future :)
