"Heyyyy, babe!" Zendaya said after picking up a late night FaceTime call from Tom.

"What're you doing?" he asked her.

"Nothing, just watching Netflix and relaxing for once. You?"

"I just got home from the mall. I need your opinion on some things I just bought. Can you pause your show or should I call you back later?"

"I'm all yours," Zendaya said. She sat up in bed and flicked the bedside lamp on so that Tom could see her a little better.

"So what'd you get from the mall?" she asked as soon as she was in a comfy position.

"Some pants, a pair of shoes, and a few shirts."

"Ooo!" Zendaya exclaimed.
"What?"
"Do a try on haul for me!"

"But, love, they're not matching outfits," Tom explained.
"That's fine, then try them on individually," Zendaya said.

"That's going to take so long," Tom protested.

"Fine. I'll just go back to my show then..."

"No, wait! I'll do it!"

Zendaya laughed and silently cheered in her head.

Tom positioned the phone so that Zendaya could see his whole body. Then, he went to retrieve his bags.

He grabbed a few things to try on and stepped out of the frame.

Zendaya frowned and squinted at the phone.

"Did you just step out of the camera to change?" she asked.

"Well...yeah," Tom replied.

"Why? It's not like i've never seen you without clothes before."

Tom popped his head back into the frame and smirked at her. Zendaya laughed and his head disappeared again.

"It's not you, it's the FBI," Tom said.

"Tom, what the hell are you talking about?"
"The FBI! They could be watching us through the phone. They don't need to see me without clothes on."

She shook her head and laughed at Tom. He was so goofy.

The pair was always laughing and joking around with one another. They were almost never serious with each other.

Tom returned with the shoes on and a shirt.

"Ok, I know I said that they weren't matching, but this shirt kind of goes with the shoes, so I put it on."

Zendaya examined the shoes and shirt through the phone.

"I like it. It looks really nice on you," she told Tom. "Ok, next!"

Tom went through and tried on the rest of his shirts and pants, going in and out of the frame every time he needed to change.

"This is the last pair of pants," he reported, stepping back into the view of the camera so that Zendaya could see him.

Zendaya looked once again. She made a face and stayed silent.

"What?" Tom inquired.

"Huh?" Zendaya questioned.

"You made a face."
"What? No I didn't."

"Yeah, you did."

"Ok, so then what was the face?" Zendaya asked, crossing her arms playfully.

"It was that face you make when you don't like something, but don't wanna actually say anything," Tom said.

"Oh really? And what does that face look like?" Zendaya challenged.
