Third Person Point Of View (Izuku)
Izuku woke up in a room, he looked around and noticed he wasn't in the base and began to panic, to make it even worse he couldn't see any of his friends, he hastily got up and ran through the room calling his friends names. It was a cosy place but he didn't care. He then passed a mirror and saw he was wearing other clothes but he started to panic, even more, when he saw a shock collar around his neck.
When he heard a series of locks open he ran to the bedroom and took the pillow and cover off and went under his bed, he was having a very bad panic attack but tried to keep quiet.
Aizawa: "Where is he?"
Hizashi: "I don't know Shota"
The door to his room opened and the heroes looked in to hear some whimpers and choked sobs from under the bed. They went into the room and looked under the bed to see Izuku curled up in a ball with pure terror in his eyes, they took him out but realised they made it worse and he began to panic even more.
Izuku: "W-w-whe-where i-is D-Da-Dabi a-and T-To-Tomura?!" He asked stuttering a lot due to panic.
Aizawa: "They are in another dorm"
They tried to get close only to realise that Izuku looked even more scared and would whimper, he started to claw at the collar trying to get it off in a panic.

Third Person Point Of View (Dabi)
Dabi woke up and looked around, he noticed Izuku and Tomura wasn't with him and began to worry if Izuku was alone the heroes where fucked. He looked to see he was changed and with a shock collar around his neck. He tried to use his quirk to realise it wouldn't work, he worried even more if Izuku saw he had a collar he would go into the worst panic attack out there.
He had PTSD from when he was abused by his dad and had to use a shock collar. Dabi saw a note and read it.

I am here to inform you that you are at UA's villain Rehab facility, you have been separated from your friends and have a shock and quirk cancelling collar on.
You will have 2 days to settle into your new home. When you wake up a hero will come and check on you and give you food.
