Chapter Ten

Yoongi arrives home. The clock strikes for the last time and everything turns back to normal for the boy. He smiles at the memory of dancing with the Prince. Sadly, he had to leave. Suddenly, a carriage stops in front of the house.

"I can't believe I missed it! Who is this person everyone was talking about when we left?" the stepmother walks inside the house with a look of anger on her face. Seokjin feels he's getting tired from his mother's behaviour and is quick to rush to his room so he won't have to face her.

"Have you seen the boy, Taehyung?" Mrs Kim turns to her youngest son. He shakes his head 'no', even though he knows that the boy she's talking about is standing a few meters away from her: Yoongi. "No, mother, I didn't. Jeongguk and I were too busy talking." Taehyung mutters. He excuses himself after, going to his room just like his brother.

"Did you have a good time here all by yourself?" the stepmother looks at Yoongi. "Yes, stepmother, it was alright." he says. His eyes do not meet hers. "Well, you can go to bed after you've swept the living room." the woman says, walking upstairs. When Yoongi is sure she left, he starts sweeping the living room while humming the song he and Prince Jimin danced to.

Meanwhile, at the palace, every guest has left. Jimin is pacing through his father's study. Namjoon and the King just look at the younger boy. "I let him go. I let him go! Again! Without even knowing his name!"

The King and oldest Prince cross eyes. After that, the old man decides to speak up. "Jimin, son of mine, we'll find him," hearing these words, makes Jimin stop in his tracks. "What? How? As I said, I don't know his name!"

"Yeah, I know. I heard what you said. But we can search throughout the whole kingdom. He is around your age, right?" Jimin nods, answering his father. "Well then, we'll visit every household who has a boy around your age." the King explains his idea.

"That's a fantastic idea, father! Thank you so much!"

That night, Prince Jimin sleeps very well. Dreaming of the boy he danced with and knowing they are going to look for him in the next couple of days.
