You mentally cringed as you heard the same shrill voice echo through the gym. You had lost count of how many times you had heard the same voice call out to Sakusa. You noticed the rest of the volleyball team members also wince, shuffling away quickly to avoid the girl coming through the gym doors. 

You watched warily as the girl strode up to Sakusa with no care in the world, ranting about something that happened in her class earlier today. The rest of the team members looked at you in desperation. At this point, you were the only one with the most authority to tell her to shut up and leave or sit quietly on the bleachers and wait for Sakusa to finish his training. 

Sighing, you walked quickly over to the two of them, mentally preparing what you were going to say. 

"Omi-kun, I can't believe she said that to me! I swear if I see her face again I'm going to -"

You coughed. The both of them looked at you and noticed the glare coming from Sakusa's female friend. 

"I'm sorry, but the team is currently training, so if you could kindly leave or sit and wait until training has ended it would do both me and the team an enormous favour," you sternly said. The girl hmphed, looking back at Sakusa. She held Sakusa's arm, whispering something into his ears before giggling and walking out of the gym. You mentally screamed in your head in jealousy, only sighing out loud when she left. You silently looked at Sakusa. 

It was no secret to the rest of the team about your huge crush on the team's ace. You tried your best to make it obvious so that Sakusa would get the hint, but the poor boy was so oblivious and too distracted by his female friend. Despite his cold personality, you knew he was different if you got close to him. You could feel a blush rising onto your cheeks the longer you stared at him. Before things got awkward, you finally said something. 

"Sakusa-san you have to tell her to stop seeing you during training. It's affecting the other members and disrupting our practice," you grumbled, starting to walk back to your bench. "I know she's a friend, but this seriously has to stop," 

"...okay."

"Sakusa-san, here's your water bottle," you smiled, holding out the water bottle. Sakusa looked at you. 

"Please leave it on the bench," 

"Sakusa-san, your towel,"

"Sakusa-san, do you need help stretching?" 

"Sakusa-san, you're looking really fit today!" you beamed, smiling happily at him before moving back to the bench.

Sakusa couldn't deny how strange it was to have you constantly hovering around him the past couple of weeks. He noticed the other members grinning each time they saw both of you together, and the increasing number of times he caught both you and a member of the team eyeing him.
