1. RESPECT:

-In our company, we value respect more than anything else. Be always kind and respectful to our staff and other idols.

2. Idols are allowed to date:

-We value also the happiness of our idols especially if they want to love someone, we will not put our hands in their way. Though, if they want to reveal it to the public, it is not our descision anymore.

3. Idols are allowed to drink when they are on the right age:

-We want our idols' health to be in good condition. Regarding this, drinking is allowed when they are on the right age. We are also strict regarding on drunk driving and doing gibberish caused by drunkness and our idols must know their own limits. Smoking is not allowed as it damages the lungs.

4. Treat others fairly:

-We are strict regarding the treatment of our staff and idols. Using of position in order to hurt or harrass anyone can be grounds for contract expulsion and removal from the company.

5. Our idols can showcase their skills:

-Our idols can also participate in song writing for their album and they can also design their own album as they wish.

6. Protect and respect each others' privacy:

-In our company, we also value the privacy of our idols. Sasengs, or obsessed fans, and stalkers are one of the main things why we want to protect our idols' privacy. Anyone caught invading the privcy of our idols will take legal action against the one who invaded our idol's privacy.

7. Health is Wealth:

-We value our idols health. We have diet programs to follow to maintain theit shape but they can also eat out like at fast foods, just make sure that out idols will still work out.

8. Maintain healthy and friendly relationships between the staff and other idols:

-Our company believes that maintaining healthy relationships will all the staff members and other idols will make a great working environment and it can also help establish great friendships among our idols and staff.
