Dimitri’s POV

There was screaming and running as everyone ran to the throne room, then I saw her Rose, she walked in the middle of Aiden and Dozer she wore a black dress that touched the floor it had a cut in it up her thigh and she was barefooted, her face is the same as I remember it, the curve in her lips, her wavy hair hung around her fiercely but the white chalky and red eyes haunted me of when I was strigoi. Rose pushed aside everyone that got in her way, Eddie ran toward her and jumped she grabbed his neck and sank him down to his knees, she looked at Aiden and said something he smiled and sank his teeth into Eddie. The guardians were no match for Rose one after another fell to Rose’s feet as she made her way up to the throne where she killed the queen the first time, Eddie stood awakened by Rose’s side, his red eye’s gazed hungerly at everyone but stood by Rose. Everyone scattered to the doors but fire suddenly blocked the exits, Christian appeared at Rose’s other side smiling, a voice boomed out

 “Bow to the new queen of the Strigoi!” everyone sank to their knees afraid only a few stood and it was Tasha, Lissa, Adrian and I. Dozer stepped forward but Rose put her hand up and stops him.

 “You stand before me because you are not happy with my choices, no?” Rose asked

 “Rose you were changed back, why would you want this?” I asked she didn’t answer her gaze was focused on Tasha an evil smile cupped her mouth showing that smile only this one was with fangs.

 “You think you can kill me Tasha but your wrong,” she looked at Eddie and made a nod toward her before Tasha had a chance to move Eddie was by her and sank his teeth in her neck Rose watched as the light left her eyes Eddie dropped her lifeless body aside fresh blood dripped from his mouth. Rose stepped aside to Lissa

 “Such beauty, too bad though,” Rose looked at Dozer,

 “Take them,” then I blacked out, when I woke up we were chained to the wall, well Adrian and I were, Lissa was in a chair unconscious.

 “We are in serious trouble,” Adrian says

 “Shut up,” the door came open and Rose walks in that dress that held her body perfectly, her hair was pulled in a high ponytail and she was barefoot. Behind her was Eddie, Christian and the two other assholes dressed like royals.

 “Oh Lissa,” Rose said in a sing song voice she placed her hands on her shoulders and Lissa snapped awake

 “Now heal him!” Rose snapped, who is she talking about, heal who?

 “Fuck off, Rose” Lissa says, Rose slaps her in the face and kneels down to her

 “I’m becoming very tired of waiting,” she pointed to Christian and he grabbed her head making her look at Rose

 “Heal him and you all don’t have to stay like this,” she pointed at a body that was covered up, Lissa expression became dazed as she stood up, she walked over to the body and held her hands up, the body shook and stood, revealing a face I thought I would never see again! Lissa fell backwards but Christian caught her setting her back into the chair, Nathan stood and his gaze fell on Rose, she crossed her arms over her chest and he sank to his knees in front of her

 “You kept your promise,” he said, I became confused what had Nathan offered that I had not when I was strigoi?

 “For that I am in your service, whatever you need,” he went on

 “Dozer get him new clothes and a room,” she said and he bowed

 “Right away your majesty, come with me sir,”

 “Wait,” Rose said she walked over to Nathan

 “All of my strigoi friends and family have drank my blood, Dozer was a moroi with Earth magic, Aiden was a moroi with air magic, and Christian is fire. What were you?”

 “Fire, your majesty” she smiled at the term your majesty

“Would you like it back,” she cut her wrist and offered it to him, he bowed and sank his teeth into her wrist soon pulled away and her wrist healed, slowly he held out his hand and fire shot out, he smiled

 “Thank you your majesty,”

 “Aren't you afraid that other strigoi will come seeking this power Rosemarie,” I spit everyone tensed at the use of her name, she turned and her eyes narrowed

 “Leave us,” she commanded, they bowed

 “Aiden love, you stay,”

 “Yes, my love,” I wanted to gag, Rose came and crouched by me, she ran her fingers along my cheek then sank her teeth into my neck, it felt blissful then she pulled away leaving me dizzy

 “Take Adrian and Lissa up to the room where they will be more comfortable, and send Milly for food, Aiden,”

“Yes love,” Adrian didn’t protest he followed as Aiden picked up the princess, when they left Rose stood and went to leave.

“Fuck you,” I managed to say, her hand came back and knocked me out cold.
