______________________________Lily's POV
Waking up at 7 in the morning was never something I was fond of. I mean, why the hell would I be happy to wake up just to be on time to see people I hate, doing something I hate, somewhere I hate?
I groaned as my alarm went of for the 5 time now, signaling I had only a few more minutes to get ready. Groaning even louder, I stepped out of my bed, attempting to keep my balance while walking to the bathroom. As I hopped in the shower, I winced at the sudden heat on my body, but relaxed after a few seconds. I quickly stepped out of it, putting on my outfit for today. I took a quick look in the mirror and my eyes widened at my reflection. Well, so much effort to still look like this, fucking hell. I still tried to make myself a bit less ugly and put on a bit of mascara, before running out of the bathroom, back to my room to put on my shoes.
"Lily! You're going to be late! Come down now!" I rolled my eyes and screamed back to my mum that I would be downstairs in a minutes. I picked up my back pack and quickly went downstairs before mum could be angry at me for being late, again. "Bye mum, love you!" I kissed her cheek, took the lunch bag she prepared for me and raced to the front door. "Bye, love! Take care and stay out of trouble please." I rolled my eyes and blew her a kiss before stepping outside. Oh my god it's cold! Despite being already June, it's still cold as hell. Well we're in London after all. I rgretted not taking a hoodie to put on top of my uniform. Oh well, I still have my sport one in my locker. I quickly jogged to the bus stop, waiting for Nicholas to show up.
I was dragged out of my thoughts when the sound of a honk was heard. "Get in loser, we're going to be late again." I giggled and jumped in the passenger's seat and immediatly connected my phone to his car. What can I say? Morning habbits. All Time Low was blasting when we pulled up in the school's parking lot. I jumped out of his car, picking up my bag and started walking towards the front doors, ignoring the fact that we were late again. Nick rushed to my side after locking his car. He hugged me when my classroom's door came in sight. "I'll see you at lunch, loser. Stay out of trouble!" I rolled my eyes again and wished him luck, 'cause I know how much he hates German first thing in the morning. I chuckled to myself just thinking about him for one hour and a half, stucked in German class. Eww! Plus with Ms. Ploog, aka one of the creepiest teacher, it sure as hell wasn't easy to live. Poor Nick.
I knocked on the door to my own class, before opening it wide. "It's nice of you to finally join us, Miss Davis. Care to explain why you're late, again?" Mr. Peters, my grumpy history teacher, asked. "I'm sorry but I was stuck in bed, dreaming about a world where school didn't exist." The whole class bursted out laughing, except of Mr. Peters who sighed, scrubling down on the oh too familiar red paper. Well guess it's detention for me tonight. Mr. Peters handed me the paper, rolling his eyes and shaking his head. "Anyway, let's keep going..." I took my seat next to Reese and driffted in some sort of a daydream before a harsh grip on my thight brought me out of it. I looked at Reese glaring at him. He smirked and I just wanted to smack his face. "Stop it Ree, you're hurting me." He sighed before letting go of me. "Why were you late?" I sighed and just wanted to stop the conversation before it would get out of hand, like last time. "I just woke up too late, it's not a big deal." He scoffed to let me know that he didn't believe me one bit. "We'll talk about it when the class stops. Meet me in front of the main bathroom in 20." Was all he said before raising his hand, asking for permission to go to the restroom. I sighed again and went back in my thoughts.
