This song above is called Oceans By Hillsong Young and Free. It explains/talks about how Gods love can always create wonders in your life, making him call upon you to something for yourself or for him even if whatever he called you to do is unknown. Plus I think it kind of went well with this chapter

Stepping out of the shower I wrapped a towel around my body and tied the top of it in so that I could easily manage things.

Today was more of a relaxation day for me. I had been working hard on all of my surfing and work outs and I had agreed to compete in the competition that is occurring in two days.
Even though I had previously been upset with my decision to surf in the competition, but I my parents convinced me that if I didn't surf in this competition my procrastination would get the best of me.

I walked out of the shower and across the hall quickly to my bedroom. I sighed as I looked outside at the weather.

Big rain drops rolled down the side of my bedroom windows. The skies had big gray clouds, and every so often there would be a clap of thunder followed by a streak of lightening.

I never really liked the idea of thunderstorms because although it allowed me to have free time, it cut off practice time.

I grabbed a pair of sport shorts and a t-shirt. Throwing those on I quickly brushed my hair and let it lose.

I walked out into the kitchen smelling something delicious. "Mom what are you making?" I asked curiously. "Muffins." She replied with a smile. "Are they chocolate chip?" I asked. "Of course, just for you." She smiled. "yay!" I said. I went over to the couch and flipped on the TV. I flipped through channels to find the right one. It was honestly weird still seeing myself on some of the news channels. "Your still pretty famous." Moms voice rang through the air. "I guess." I said shrugging my shoulders.

After finding a good cooking channel to watch I finally began to relax a little bit more. I listened to the thunder and the ran tapping the windows, and my moms humming that came from the kitchen.

My brothers did their own things and so did my dad. It felt like everything was back to normal.

"Muffins are ready!" Mom yelled. Everyone stopped what they were doing and came to the kitchen table. Mom had cut up extra fruit to go along with everything else and it was all delicious.

Alana had spent most of the day at my house after breakfast. Near lunch time the rain had stopped and the sun finally decided to come out. We sat in the barstool just doing some extra school work. "Hey so after homework wanna go do some surfing?" Alana asked.

My mom had turned off the water from the sink to listen to my answer. "Yeah sure." I said. "Not for to long though." I added. "That's fine." Said Alana.

We finished our homework quickly and walked to my room to get changed.

I picked out a bright pink bikini top, with matching bottoms. I slipped on the bottoms, and then Alana helped me tie the top.

After changing we grabbed water bottles, towels and our surf boards. "Be careful out their girls." Said mom. "We will." I said closing the door to the house.

We walked side by side down the long winding path of our neighborhood. The birds chirped, and the suns rays started to stretch over the earth warming the ground. "Good time to go surfing, huh?" Alana said. "Yeah definitely is." I said as we reached the beach.

I breathed in the smell of the oceans scent, and the sound of the waves. I didn't know how much I had missed this.

The sand seeped in between my toes. I stood in awe at the beauty God had made before us. The waves crashing onto the sand, each one rolling up onto the sand on they're own time.

I thanked God for not only giving me this passion, but to be brave enough to go back into the water.

"Hello, earth to Bethany!" Said Alana snapping me out of my daydream. I giggled. "Sorry." I said. "It's ok, it's always ok to just look at his works, but let's get on with the surfing." She said running to the water.

I followed quickly after her and paddled out to the spot where the good waves would be. After spotting a good wave I quickly paddled to it.

Standing up on my board I rode in the middle of the wave. I watched as the wave curled over me, making my own little tunnel. As i reached the outside of the waves tunnel I could see Alana doing some pretty cool moves on waves that she had caught. I let myself fall off my board and into the water.

This is what our day consisted of, finding waves, surfing them, and taking a break once in a while. It truly felt good to be back again for real. No more procrastination.

Hey guys hope you like it! More to come.
