It was a beautiful morning for maybe some people, but this person isn't really having the best day ever. Shoyo Hinata was running late for practice because he was studying hard for a test that he couldn't fail or else he will be forced to study with Tsukishima. He makes it to the gym and opens the door breathlessly only to see Kageyama practicing in the corner of the gym. Hinata was confused "Hey Kageyama, where is everyone?", "we're both early dumbass", Kageyama said as he was bouncing the ball against the wall again. "I'm going up to the club room", Hinata said, as he was in the middle of changing his clothes he heard his phone buzz in his bag "a message?", he thought "who is texting me this early?", he searched his bag and looked at his phone to see who it was.
Yukio : hey did you study for the test?
Hinata : yeah, why?
Yukio : weeeeeell
Hinata : you didnt study did you
Yukio : no
Hinata : well dont ask me
Yukio : :<
Hinata : go and ask Percy
Yukio : fiiiiiiine, bye bye :p
Hinata : bye
Hinata continued to change and headed down to the gym with Kageyama. Later on everyone else came and started to do their usual warm ups and go on to practice, until Takeda came running in with news. "GUYS!", He says breathlessly from running, everyone gathered round to see what he was so excited to say "I GOT US A PRACTICE GAME AT AT....AOBA JOSAI", they all lit up from excitement "when is it?!", Tanaka said already to kick some ass. "They said maybe by next month", Takeda said looking at a peice of paper he wrote down on "isnt that a powerhouse school?", Hinata asked "he must have begged them real hard for them to accept", Coach Ukai said from behind and slapped Takeda on the back. Takeda made a nervous chuckle at his comment "ok guys we have a lot to work on before the practice game with Aoba Jousai so let's do this, alright!", Daichi said confidently.
~Meanwhile with Aoba Jousai~
"So we will have a practice game against Karosuno next month", Coach Irihata said in a stirn voice "so you guys better practice, I have heard that their number ten is going to be hard to get past, that is all, now go and continue practicing", he says before going to sit down on the chair "number ten, ey well let's see how good he really is", Oikawa thought to themself slightly smiling to himself. Iwizumi notices and throws a volleyball to the back of his head "Owww Iwa-chan", Oikawa wined "oops, sorry my hand slipped", Iwaizumi said sarcastically.
~Back at Karosuno~
They have put away the equipment, locked the gym and are all heading back home. Hinata is walking with Kageyama back, but Kageyama notices that Hinata is not that talkative today "Oi! dumbass, why are you spacing out?", Hinata slightly flinched "oh I'm just thinking about the practice game we're going to have next month", Hinata says smiling, scratching the back of his head "don't worry we will win", Kageyama's words slightly lifted up his spirits.
