Chapter 8

THE BOYS 

"What's up Pogues?" Rafe asks, confronting JJ and Pope.

"What's up Rafe?" JJ asks, knowing its about to go down.

"How are you guys doing tonight?" Rafe asks, Pope tries to make a run for it but Topper and Kelce corner him.

"I wanna talk." Rafe announces.

"That was some nice work you did on my boat." Topper says to Pope.

"I don't know what you're talking about." Pope denies.

"Oh yeah, of course you don't." Topper says sarcastically.

"Not so burly without a gun now are you?" Kelce says, him and Rafe cornering JJ.

"One more step and I'll rip that prepubescent face off." JJ threatens, ready to fight.

"Hey Pope, do you feel good about yourself? Stealing shit? Is your mom proud of you? Is your da—

Pope slams his head onto Toppers, throwing the first punch in the fight. Which led to Kelce and Rafe going after JJ.

"Atta boy, now with your fist like this." JJ says, proud of Pope.

"WhOOOO" Rafe says, getting pumped up to fight.

"Alright." Kelce says, slamming into JJ.

"C'mon pogue." Kelce says, challenging JJ. The three go at it with each other. Two on one was never a fair fight. Kelce holds JJ in a headlock for Rafe to punch repeatedly while Topper was getting revenge on Pope.

"Kick his ass top!" Rafe yells out, throwing another punch at JJ's abdomen.

"Is that all you got? My old man's done better than that." JJ says.

"You're starting time look like him too." Rafe says, enraging JJ.

KIARA AND VIOLET

Confused at how the Pogues were gone too long, Kiara started getting nervous. Something bad was gonna happen but she didn't know what. She looked for the kooks, who were no longer sitting by the bathroom, and only Violet was asleep in her chair. The boys were probably off somewhere fighting, but she had no clue where.

And if she was going to stop the boys from fighting like he animals they all acted like—Kook or Pogue— she wanted backup. She went over to Violet, who was peacefully asleep. She didn't hate her cause she had some respect for someone who would work a Pogue job. But she was also not sure about her.

"Wake up, Princess." She says in a loud voice. No answer. Violet was knocked out cold. That's what a day of work does to someone. A mosquito flew onto the side of Violet's cheek, giving Kiara the idea to wake her up with a slap, it was to kill the mosquito.
