The Spirit World had been spectacular. Every colour Asami had ever laid eyes on sparkled ever brighter and more magnificent in the world of the spirits, and she had found colours which she had never seen in her life. She met new friends and even set foot into Wan Shi Tong's library.

And that Iroh who everyone had spoken about so much, was quite the spiritualist.

The worst part about the Spirit World however was leaving it. Korra, her best friend and sister, Avatar and saviour, was called back to the real world. The White Lotus members who had come through the Spirit Portal looked scared out of their wits when Asami saw them approaching with their clothes tattered and their spirits almost depleted. They had gone through many perils to retrieve Korra and take her to the Fire Nation.

She didn't want Korra to leave her, let alone take her from the Spirit World. She wanted to stay and forget the troubles of the physical world. But she had her duties.

Asami wasn't sailing to the Fire Nation capital with Korra, she was heading back to the United Kingdoms of the Earth Kingdom.

"How long until we land on shore?" The man in crew clothes branded with the symbol of Sato Industries put down the crate he was logging.

"About two hours, ma'am." Asami smiled and nodded. She turned back to the sea which her quick ship was pushing both her and her crew across.

She and Korra had emerged back from the Spirit Portal in the ruins of Republic City some days ago, and Asami had been sailing through rivers, out into seas just to get to the capital of the USEK ever since. It was a long a treacherous sail, but Asami could finally see it.

"That's it!" someone yelled, an they pointed out at the thin, long mountain protruding from the water. The Serpent's Pass.

The crew cheered in victory. The almost at Ba Sing Se, the capital. They were going to listen to the finest music, drink the finest wine, eat the finest food, see the finest landmarks. In Ba Sing Se, the possibilities were endless. If, of course, you had money.
