I sat there in horror as I stared at the window only to see my own faint reflection. It was just the trees- or... The wind?? As long as it wasn't a creepy stalker dude guy. I got a little spooked, so I went upstairs to take a nap on the couch, so I grabbed some popcorn, and put on my slippers. I ended up watching The Office until I slowly started drifting off. I sat up super quickly. It felt as if there was something in the air. That same feeling that I felt when I thought I was being watched. I heard a faint footstep sound in the back of my head.
"What is that?" I whispered to myself.
"H-hello? Who's here?"I then felt an insane feeling of regret fly past me. What if someone's really in here?! I could've just lead them right to me!! Oh my gosh I'm so stupid.
I slowly got up avoiding the wood to creek by putting on my slippers. It felt really hazy in the house, but I didn't really think too much about it.
"Where. Are. You ?" I heard a deep voice come from downstairs.
My eyes widened with horror. I looked around the corner only to see my bedroom window not only unlocked, but open and the curtains where ripped. Wth am I supposed to do in this type of situation?! Nobody ever told me how to deal with this !!
"Why me?" I thought.
All of a sudden, the front door knob was starting to jiggle. Sh!t it was Kehlani. I couldn't text her to warn her about the PSYCHOPATH in our living room with a kn!fe !!? Before I could even think, the door was open. And right there, was Kehlani waiting for me to come say hi to her. Of course, I couldn't get her attention, but unfortunately she was able to get his. Next thing you know..
Kehlani was dead. On the floor.
