Kitishima:lace (I got this idea from someone else but I don't remember who and I'm to lazy to look them up theirs was called ribbon)
So you can make ribbons from your body but these aren't any ordinary ribbons they can harden (like kiri) they become as hard as steel and you can cut people with them (so they're more like knifes)
Draw backs:cuts in random places

Dabi:crystal ice
You can make crystals from your body, these crystals can be formed into knifes/weapons, The ice part is just like todorokis moms quirk. When you mix them it makes an unbreakable substance when melted turns to acid (you work with dabi a lot because he can melt it and the acid is toxic)
Drawbacks:dehydration, cuts from the ice and mild hypothermia

Shigaraki:life x death
You can bring people/animals to life and kill things on the spot. But you need to kill something to bring something to life.
Drawbacks:unknown

Toga:blood
You can manipulate people's blood. For example you can take the blood out of someone thus killing them you can also turn people's blood into weapons.

You can write/draw anything and it will come true/alive for example if you wanted a blanket you could draw it (or write I want a blanket) and you will have it
