It's been some days after the ceremony and all, it has been normal until now. I woke up early today and went out for a jog since I wasn't sleepy. The sun rising and lighting the clouds was a view to look at indeed but unfortunately I had to return to home fast. I make my way to school, I meet up with the others and some of us wave to each to other before going to class as we all are not in the same class. TP is in the class next to ours, Suga is the one in my class and he's sitting far from my desk and to top it all of, there's no boy sitting next to my seat. A lot of people might say lucky ,I do mean a lot but it's kinda lonely not having a guy near your seat.
The girl in the seat on my side doesn't talk to me and she's got an angry look to her face that makes me not wanna mess with her, the girl in the back is Sumire , she used to study in my previous school and we were in separate classes last year, so this is our first year in same class and she's....cute. In front of me is a girl named Kaname , a girl who likes to take responsibilities, respected by most students and quite a beauty, atleast that's what others say. Kaname certainly is a hardworking and well mannered student and teachers have quite an impression from her and expects a lot. She's been the class rep last year for another class and I heard she was outstanding in her position and I'm guessing she'll most likely be the class rep of our class, "So who'll be the class representative on girl's side? Any volunteers?" The teacher asked and no girl stood up except Kaname, "Great, then Kaname will be the girl representative" See I knew this was gonna happen, it's so obvious... but what's not obvious is the boys class rep, I wonder who will it be.
Now I definitely don't want to be the class rep, it's quite tiresome, a lot of responsibilities are given and all the more it's a burden. "Is someone from the boys volunteering?" A moment of silence for the boys' courage. "Teacher, Suga will do it!" What the? A boy shouts, another guy joins in, "Yeah I think he's the best choice!" Well I'm surprised but might as well join in on this "Yeah he can do it!" I shout. The boys starts chanting his name, "Okay , okay, Suga will be the boys representative. Now stop shouting" we all clap. Suga is a good friend, reliable and someone you can count on, so it's not surprising if we supported him and besides, he isn't against this decision, so I guess it's a win-win situation.
The bell rings, it's break now. People go outside, some of em come from other classes and I see Suga coming towards me, "Hey there rep" "well thanks man." He laughs, "You did join in on support, I'll get you back for that." I laugh at that, "looking forward to it" we fist bump each other. We talk about normal stuff and have lunch together, it's nice that he's the class rep, I think he likes it. We hear screams from the hallway and someone knocks on the door, "Hey Akira, Suga wait for us before you go ok. I have some class duties." TP pops into the classroom and leaving the girls gasping. "Ok dude" Suga replies "Sure we'll wait" I add, with that he takes off to his own class. The bell rings and the students seem upset that the break has ended and Suga gets back to his seat and I get ready for the next class.
