After a few more moments of Midnight and Present Mic gushing over Miko, Aizawa scooped her into his arms and began walking down the hall. Miko hid her face in his scarf to avoid the slightly strange looks the two of them were receiving from the few students that were walking down the hall. Soon, they paused outside of a large door. Aizawa put Miko on the ground, offering her a reassuring smile as he slid open the door.

The murmurs of the class that had previously been muffled was silenced completely as the whole class's attention was directed to the door, where Miko was attempting to put on a brave smile. This was her idea, she was going to own it! Just as Aizawa opened his mouth to explain... well, Miko, she declared confidently, "Hi! Name is- wait, no, my name Miko- is Miko!"

The class stared in confusion.

After a solid beat of silence, Miko groaned, turning around and burying her face in Aizawa's legs and releasing a small whine. A few giggles were murmured between the class clowns, and the more serious ones just continued to stare in open confusion.

The first person to interrupt the very awkward silence was Aizawa. Just when the class couldn't be more shocked, he released a sound that was between a small chuckle and a snort. The students froze. Did he just laugh? The emotionless teacher that expelled people for the hell of it laughed? Aizawa bent down and picked up Miko. "Everyone. This is Miko. She's going to be staying with me from now on, so you'll probably be seeing her more often. "

Miko waved nervously from Aizawa's arms. "H-Hello. I'm Miko, nice to meet y-you." Her red eyes scanned across the classroom, her gaze resting on what seemed to be a boy with ash blonde hair that was spike in every direction. He reminded Miko of a hedgehog, and she was intrigued. She leaned over to Aizawa, cupping her hand against his ear and whispering something unintelligible to the class.

After a moment of hesitation, in which Aizawa seemed to be having second thoughts, he sighed. "Alright. Just... Don't be sensitive." Miko had no idea what he meant, but she nodded her head enthusiastically either way. Aizawa put Miko down, and she immediately wandered to the blonde's seat, but not before taking off the sunglasses Present Mic gave her and slipping them into Aizawa's hands, for safekeeping.

She looked up at him innocently. "Hello.", she said, her wide eyes boring into the boy's. "Mr. Shota says your name is..." Miko paused, casting her gaze to the ground as if in thought. She looked back up to the boy with a hopeful expression. "B...Bakago?"

The boy stiffened, eyes narrowing with a flare of anger, and Miko immediately froze. "N-No, was that wrong? I-"

"Tch." The boy looked away, resting his head on his palm. After a second, his eyes softened and he released a sigh before looking back to Miko. He put a hand on her head. "It's Bakugo, you...little extra." The students surrounding him released a disappointed sigh. He couldn't go one sentence without an insult, could he?

Of course, Miko had no idea it was an insult. She beamed up at him, her halo seeming to shine slightly brighter than before. "Bakugo, I like your hair!" Bakugo smirked back, ruffling her hair even more.

"Yeah, I guess it's pretty great, huh?"

Aizawa watched this from the front of the room, a slightly dumbfounded expression on his face. Of all of the students in his class, Bakugo was the last person he'd expect Miko to hit it off with. He sighed, almost defeated. "Alright class." Bakugo's eyes went to his teacher, and Aizawa noticed with an internal scowl that Miko was looking at his student as if he were the next messiah. "Bakugo. If you can keep her entertained for the rest of the class without disrupting everyone else she can stay over there."

Bakugo rolled his eyes. "Yeah, yeah, whatever." Of course, it didn't go unnoticed by the class when he 'stealthily' pulled a small writing pad and pencil out of his book bag and handed it to Miko. His voice went lower and quieter than anyone in the class had ever heard him speak before as he muttered, "Do you want to play tic tac toe?"
