Chapter 10

Bella's POV

It'd been 5 days. Tomorrow was Saturday. Tomorrow is the day the 5 gus make their decision on what to do. If we're being honest, I'm not really sure what that means.

During that week, it included of me staying with the guys in Harry's office, and in the evening, well it was kind of all over the place. Right now, I was watching 'Spongebob' with Louis.

"Louis, what decision is there to make?" I asked him. "Bella, to be honest, I don't really know", I sighed. "Lou, I'm not going to end up in an orphanage, am I?" He looked away.

"I can't promise anything. If I was able to have it my way, you'd be staying with me. But, I don't know what the others are thinking, if they're thinking of anything", Louis laughed.

"Listen, Bella, I don't want you to end up in an orphanage as much as you. But to be honest, I don't know if the others have discussed this, or what they have in mind. I promise, everything will be fine. Even if it dosen't go the way you want it to, everything will be fine", he comforted me.

As I layed in my bed, I worried. So many things had been running through my mind all week long. Life, work, money, the guys, mom. It was all so much for me. I felt like I couldn't have a moment to just breathe.

So, I did what I had to do. I ran into the closest room I could find. Zayn's. As I climbed into the bed with him, his arms wrapped around me, eyes slowly opening.

"Bell, what's wrong? Why aren't you asleep?" Zayn asked. "C'mon, you look like you need to talk. Just let out your emotions", He calmly and sleepily stated. I giggled. "You sounded like a therapist", Zayn laughed along with me.

Things got serious again. "Zayn, I'm scared. I'm so scared of what's going to happen. I'm scared of being alone", I admitted. He held me tighter against his chest. "Bella, you're never going to be alone, I can promis you that", He told me.

"As long as we're around, you'll never be alone. No matter what happens, I can assure you we will stay in contact, no matter what."

Minutes later, the thoughts that are consuming me began to disperse, as I began to fall asleep.

The next day, we were all gathered at the table. "Okay, we need to figure out what to do", Liam ordered. "Well, I think if we tell Child Protective Services, they will either try to find the closest living relative, or put her in an orphanage", Niall looked at his computer.

"I don't have any family left. My mother was the only person left, that I knew. I'm going to be put in an orphanage". At this point, I was hopeless. I knew what was coming, and it was going to end with me at the orphanage.

As I laied my head down, I felt Liam rubbing my back. "You're not going to end up in an orphanage. I promise, and will do my best to keep my promise".

"Wait, guys, I just thought of something. You're probably going to think I'm totally crazy, but it's worth a shot", the guys shrug at Harry. "Okay, tell us", Harry began to give his idea.

"Okay, I could adopt Bella. Bella would become part of our family. To me, it's actually a good idea because we won't have to worry about her being at an orphanage, and she could stay with us".

Zayn spoke up. "I like the idea. Think about it, she could stay with us. I see Bella as family, and to me, family is important. I don't want Bella to have to leave, I liked her staying with us", he finished.

"I agree with Zayn. Bella is super sweet, and deserves nothing less than the best. So I think Harry should adopt Bella", Louis agreed. Soon enough, Niall and Liam agreed with the idea.

All 5 boys put their attention on me. "So Bella. What do you think?" I thin about it. "Are you sure? Adopting costs a lot and taking care of me is a huge responsibility. Like I said, I can be anoying, and can complain-" "and That's completely fine. It dosen't matter, because either way, I'll still love you and treat you like a daughter", Harry interupts me.

I began to feel emotional. "As long as it's not too much trouble", I gave the boys permission. "Okay, I guess we can head down to the court house tomorrow".
