Sam POV
I laid next to Sky as she slept peacefully and held her. I had an idea to help sky but I knew this was gonna be rough to do and she might get mad as well, or no, I know she will get mad. Which is why I planned on getting our friends together to talk to her as well. If it's just me it won't do anything. So I kissed her forehead and went downstairs to discuss it with them to which they all agreed too.

Once Sky woke up she seemed paranoid and it was just out of hand. I gave her time to wake up and have something to eat and drink then I broke it out. "Sky can we talk?" I asked. She paused and looked at me. "I'm not gonna talk about it so don't bother," She said. I shook my head, " that's not it." She raised an eyebrow while pouring a second glass of orange juice. "What is it?" She said. She had finished pouring and had the glass of orange juice in her hand. "I don't know how else to put it so I'm just gonna say it, I think you should take therapy," I said calmly. She froze and looked at me.
"Your joking right?" She asked. I shook my head at her, " I think it'll be good for you." I said. She scoffed and sipped her orange juice then placed it on the counter, " oh my gosh, your not kidding," she said, faulty. She looked at her friend looking for reassurance. "He's right honey, I think you should think on it," Josh backed up. She looked like she was turning ghost white. "You too, Josh?" Then she looked at the other two to which they just nodded and stared. "You both too?" She questioned.
No response was her answer and then she suddenly got dead quiet. "You can't be serious?" She scoffed. She sipped the orange juice seeming to trying to calm down. "Baby I just want you to be okay, maybe if you can't talk to us you can talk to them," I pushed. She stared at her orange juice in the glass in her hand. "You think if I won't talk to any of you, I'll talk to a stranger?" She questioned. Then she started laughing a sarcastic laugh. "Right. I'm going back to bed." She said taking the orange juice with her. "Sky please, just consider at least." I begged. She seemed to get even angrier and then she did something I never thought sky could do. She smashed the glass against the bottom stairs. "I fucking told you no!" She snapped.
Then she walked up the stairs angry. We was all in to much shock to go after her. "That went well," Zack stated obvious and crystal agreed. "You could have helped out you two," I said. Josh began gently picking up the shattered glass. "Sorry." Crystal said. "I've never seen her like this before and it honestly scares me," Josh stared. I ran my hand over my face. "More of a reason to get her to take therapy," I sighed. "I need a cig." I walked out side the front door and lit a cig and inhaled. She has never been this way, this isn't the Sky I fell in love with and honestly she is scaring me for once, the way she is headed isn't pretty. I feared for her safety and our babies."You know you can't force her to do anything she doesn't want, I doubt she would share any info with a stranger anyways." Zack mentions. " I don't know what else to do, there is no progression here at all, it's like she doesn't give a shit anymore about herself or who she hurts and I don't like it, she doesn't care enough anymore," I say. Zack places a hand on my shoulder. "I'm sorry man, but she is still Sky, and Sky always pulls through no matter what," he reassures. I inhale the smoke and exhale, "and what if she doesn't this time?" I turn and look at him. "She will, I'll make sure of it," Josh adds.
"There's something you should also know Sam," Crystal interrupts. Josh and Zack shake their head no at her but she ignores it. "What?" I look at the two guys then look back at her. "Tell me," I said. Too which the guys sigh in frustration, what are they trying to prevent her from saying? "Never mind," Crystal says. Then I shake my head and throw my cigarette down and I stomped it out. "You better tell me now," I demand. She sighed and reply's, " she wants to go back to work she mentioned to us," she says. I look at them all three then shake my head and stomp toward the stairs.
I slam the door open and look at Sky who is standing out on the balcony. "Did you plan to mention this to me?" I say. "Mention what, exactly, the fact that you want me to see a therapist?" She says. I clench my jaw and grit my teeth. "Forget that for a minute, what is this about going back to work?" I demand. She glides over to the couch in our room. "Oh that? Yeah I been thinking about it but I presume you won't let me since you want me to go to therapy," she shoots back. "Exactly. You couldn't even handle a school day and now your talking about going back to work?" She sighs in frustration.
"Sam, please just give me a chance to go back to work and if it doesn't work out then I'll attend therapy, deal?" She suggests. That wasn't a half bad idea but I wasn't willing to agree so easily. "I don't know Sky, you are out of control right now, I am not sure that's the best idea." I say."Please Sam, I'm pregnant and a girl with trauma but I want to go back to normal, give me a chance," she begs to go her way.
I took a long moment of thought, well she did say she would go to therapy if it didn't work out so but I wasn't so ready to let her go back out in the world that took her away from me. "On one condition, I drive you there and back every time, plus you never leave that place at all during the shift. I can't deal if something was to happen to you again," I sigh in defeat. She nodded in agreement, " of course baby, I wouldn't want that either." I smile and hug her , that's more like my babygirl. She hugs me back tightly, " I know your worried and I'm not like I use to be but I'm trying to find a new me now that is even stronger just bare with me okay?" She asks gently.
"Alright I trust you baby." I kiss her deeply and long. Something we haven't done for a bit because we been arguing a lot lately and I don't realize. But that's what couples were supposed to do, pull through together. Sky wanted to go back to normal and not be afraid anymore but also she is very fragile more then ever now and afraid. Which is precisely why she wants to put herself out there to move on. And I hope she can tell me what happened to her one day but for now I just wanted her to get better. "I love you, baby." She smiled brightly and kissed me passionately, "I love you."
"We're gonna get through this together and keep holding on to the hope that we have and renew it even more. Because we can't just give up on one another because of the obstacles, that's not love. "Together we can do anything and starting with this we will work together more, agree?" I asked. She smiled and hugged me closely, "agreed but just don't push me to talk about it until I'm ready okay?" She asks.
I nodded in agreement and we held each other's hands together and went downstairs to discuss our deal with the others.****
