Arnie's POV
After hearing my dad's authoritative voice, I frooze. I'm dead, I'm freakin' seriously dead! And now, I'm here at my dad's office, being interrogated Iike as if I killed someone, like I'm a criminal. Well, in my father's eyes, what I just did was a big crime!
"What was that again Arnie Jade Suarez? I warned you before! No! I've warned you several times to stop bullying! Ilang estudyante na ang nagtransfer because of you for God's sake!" sigaw ni dad sakin.
"D-dad, I can expla —"
"Explain what? That it's just an accident? That it's not your fault and you didn't mean anything? Am I correct Arnie Jade?" he's really mad if he calls me with that name.
"Yes dad, and that's tr —"
"Jesus christ Arnie Jade! How many times do i have to tell you, that your actions will reflect on the image of this school! Ilang students pa ba ang kailangang umalis sa eskwelahang ito para lang tumigil ka sa pambubully mo?"
And, he cutted me again.
"I know dad, and I'm sorry, sorry if I always disappoints you. Sorry if I always take your reminders for granted. Sorry po, but I promise hindi na po talaga mauulit." i said as i looked down
"No! You already said that thousand times and even promised me the same. But what? Nagawa mo ba? Don't promise me anything, just do it!" mariin niyang sagot.
"Yes dad" Napabuntong hininga na lang si dad. Well I admit, puro sakit na lang talga ng ulo ang ibinibigay ko sa kanya. If only you knew dad, i think you'll understand.
"Arnie Jade, this will be my last warning, and it's up to you if you will take it seriously. But if you will take this again for granted, you'll suffer the corresponding consequences of all your acts. Am I clear?"
"Y-yes d-dad."
I answered nervously. Gosh, always naman akong pinapagalitan at sinesermonan ni dad, pero this? Ngayon lang ata ako tinablan ng kaba. The way he deliver his warning, feeling ko kapag sinuway ko siya katapusan ko na rin. Paalis na sana ako nang tawagin niya ako ulit.
"Arnie Jade, I hope I made my self clear. And please, I hope, that this will be the last time na gagawa ka ng kalokohan. You know what I am capable of, so don't try me. I will not tolerate anyone, even if you're my own flesh and blood. And i will make sure you will learn your lesson. So think twice before doing again something that will push me to my limits. Do you understand young lady?"
"Y-yes d-dad, I understand." i stammered, i know dad is really serious this time.
"Now go back to your room."
Paige's POV
Nandito ako sa labas ng office ni tito at nakikinig sa usapan nila. At hindi ko maiwasang hindi tumawa the way Arn answer his father. You are fucking done Arn.
Everytime na ipapatawag siya dito sa interrogation room ng school a.k.a office ni tito, yun lagi ang palusot niya. Pero I think, this time seryoso na nga si tito. Well hindi ko rin totally masisisi si Arnie, she went through a lot and her family doesn't know a single thing about that. I sighed deeply, poor Arnie.
"Eavesdropping is a crime you know"
I jumped as i heard her said that. Arn do you have plans to kill me?
"Ha? I d-dont know what you're talking about. I was just passing by" my heart was beating madly gosh
"Oh Really? As far as i remember, every time na pupunta ako dito sa lintik na room na 'to, you're annoying ass is always present too, am i right?. Kung makikinig ka sa usapan ng may usapan, diyan ka lang sa labas, hindi yung sisilip ka pa sa pintuan para lang makinig. Tsk, you can't fool me Paige." and she left me again
This time, I laugh so hard. Halos maiyak at maihi na rin ako at sumasakit na rin ang tiyan ko. Grabe, nasa life and death situation na siya, nagawa pa niyang mag observe sa paligid. Hinabol ko na lang siya pero hindi ko parin mapigilang hindi matawa.
"Hey wait! Hoy, sorry na. For better or for worst, you know i'm here right, we're partners in crime remember?" i'm still laughing
"I'm not hey hoy! I'm Arnie Jade Suarez!" started walking again pero this time mas mabilis
"Okay fine! Pero will you slow down a bit and wait for me? You still owe me a sto--" i didn't finish what i'm saying
"Ouch!" sigaw ko, napatigil naman si Arn. Yeah, natapilok ako, stupid me
"Tsk!" yan lang, yan lang ang reaksiyon niya nang lumingon siya at nagpatuloy ulit sa paglalakad. Seriously? Hindi niya ako tutulungan?
"Hoy! Arnie Jade Suarez! Hoy! Are you kidding me? I'm seriously injured right here!" I tried my best to stand up but my ankle really hurts. Really Arn? Hindi mo talaga ako tutulungan?
I was about to stand up again but i felt someone carry me into a bridal style
"Hey put me do--" i didn't even finish what i'm saying when my eyes met his, he's so fucking handsome. Great God, you made him so perfect.
"I'll bring you to the clinic miss, baka malala yang injury mo." he smiled at me, stop it, i might fall again
I was just staring at his face the whole time he was carrying me, his nose, his eyes, and his...lips. Oh my God, i wanted to kiss them. I shake my head with my thoughts, Paige calm your ass down, this is all your fault Arn, you bitch!
