Chapter 8

King arrives at the university and is soon asked about the identity of the boy with the tattooed arm in his profile photo.

Bohn - "When did you secretly get a husband?"

King - "Huh? Ah that!"

King realized that his friend was referring to his profile picture. King had sent a message to Ram, asking for permission to use the photo with his tattooed arm as a profile photo, but he doesn't respond. So King considered his silence to be an agreement.

King is questioning in thought the fact that his friends did not recognize that the arm belonged to Ram.

(King has not yet realized, that only he is so aware of anything related to Ram. For his friends, Ram is just a junior in the course, so they don't pay attention to him to the point of recognizing him just by seeing the tattooed arm.)

King had been thinking about telling them who the boy with the tattooed arm was, but decided not to say anything and let them think alone. King sits and looks at the day. The day is clear and clean.

King receives a message from his sister:

Irma - "Who is this guy in the picture?"

King - "Who?"

Irma - "Your boyfriend?"

King can no longer answer. Because he had to put his cell phone away, he was afraid his cell phone would be confiscated, like Tee's had been the last time he was caught using it in the classroom.

"Aren't you really going to say who he is?" One of your friends asks again after the end of class.

King - "Ah, you're going to have to find out for yourself, go now."

He says goodbye to his friends, two of them are going to buy a watch, King doesn't like to use accessories. King decides to go for a walk in the university park to enjoy the weather.

King is walking and sees a man with an ice cream cart, he walks towards the cart that was parked a few meters ahead. King as a child loved to run after these ice cream carts.

Before he gets to the cart, the uncle leaves. King starts screaming for him to stop and thinks there are times when they walk so slowly that they seem to have leg problems, but sometimes they are faster than Formula 1 cars.

King screams as he runs. The uncle looks at him, but King realizes that he must have thought that King was just waving in greeting. As he continued his journey, humming. King keeps running and thinks "I just want to buy an ice cream and not win the marathon championship."

Suddenly, the uncle parked the cart. And King, even exhausted, still ran to him for fear that the uncle would leave again.

King realized that the uncle stopped because someone had waved at him and when he looks at that person, he realizes it was Ram.

This person was a tall guy, snow-white skin, pale blue eyes, almost transparent.

King realizes that in the last few days they have been meeting more often. King comes to the ice cream cart and says:

King - "Do you have ice cream?"

Ice cream uncle - "A lot."

King thinks ... "Eh..now, it was Ram's voice smiling, right.?"

King looks at Ram in a disinterested way, but even if Ram is back with a closed face, King cannot be deceived. He remembers Ram's voice, even though it was a short, low sound, he acknowledged. King thinks, that was a good reward, after running so much.
