Bev's POV :
[THE CHANDELIER WAS SHINING AS BRIGHT AS EVER, THE SLOO...WWEST CLASSICAL MUSIC WAS PLAYING IN THE MOST FANCY RESTAURANT IN WINSLOW, WHICH HAPPENED TO BE WHERE I WAS WITH MY HANDSOME BOYFRIEND SHANE. WHILE I WAS ENJOYING THE ATMOSPHERE OF THE RESTAURANT, AND FLIPPING MY MENU CARD BACK-AND-FORTH (I SIMPLY COULDN'T DECIDE WHAT TO GET, THERE WERE A LOT OF NICE FANCY DISHES ON THE MENU TONIGHT), SHANE STOOD UP.
"Attention Everybody": HE CALLED THE ATTENTION OF ALMOST EVERYBODY PRESENT AT THE RESTAURANT. I WAS SO CONFUSED ON WHAT WAS GOING ON, BUT SOME PART OF ME FELT LIKE I WAS GOING TO LOVE THIS. SHANE PUT HIS HANDS IN HIS POCKET, PUT ONE KNEE ON THE GLASS FLOOR, IT FELT JUST LIKE A CLASSICAL ROMANCE MOVIE SCENE, THE KNIGHT WITH SHINING ARMOUR ABOUT TO PROPOSE TO HIS DAMSEL
(WHAT IS HE ACTUALLY ABOUT TO PROPOSE, I HAVE NOT GONE TO OFF TO COLLEGE YET, NOT EVEN SENIOR PROM).
HE OPENED THE BOX, AND THERE WAS A SHINY BRACELET THAT HAD APPROXIMATELY 12 REAL DIAMONDS ON IT. "Beverly Miller, you know how much, I love you" : Shane said. "Obviously": I said still mesmerized by the amount of diamonds on the bracelet. "I am crazy about you and I always want you to be my girlfriend,
"I got you something. I hope you like it." : Shane said
"I don't like it, ...I love it, OMG, thanks Shane": I said to him. I STOOD UP TO GIVE HIM A BIG HUG, WHILE HE WAS PUTTING THE BRACELET ON MY FINGER, IMMEDIATELY HE WAS DONE AND UP. I LEANED IN FOR A HUG, WE STAYED IN THAT POSITION FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES BEFORE, IT FINALLY CLICKED TO OUR HEADS THAT PEOPLE WERE STILL STARING, IT LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE WAITING FOR US TO KISS, EVEN SHANE GOT THE HUNCH AND WAS ABOUT TO KISS ME BEFORE I HEARD
A loud buzzing, beeping sound {ZZZZzzzzz......ZZZZZzzzzz beep beep beep, it's time to shine}.
It was my alarm ringing so this was all a dream]
"Rise and shine darling, it's time to get ready for school" : Rosina, my cleaner said to me. She opened all of the curtains in my room, then a ray of light from the window shone into my eyes. "Is it 7:40 already, how??": I asked her. "No, it's not ": She replied . "Then, why am I up now": I said while covering myself up again with a blanket. "Um mm, I set your alarm to 7 because you have to conduct cheer auditions today, so you need to got to school early, so get out of bed": Rosina said while pulling my blanket. She stripped me off my blanket, and pulled me off my bed onto the floor.
I got up, and said "Oh, have you know, i am the daughter of one of the richest billionaires in Winslow, Arizona, how dare you kick me off my own bed, I could get you fired". There was a short moment of silence, Rosina was looking at me with up most seriousness, then she burst into LAUGHTER,
"Hmmm mm, nice try you are not getting out this, nowinto the shower you go, while i clean up your room": She said.
"You know, i really don't have to be present at this audition, that's why i have an assistant captain Tiffany, I could call in sick and have her fill in for me": I said from inside the bathroom. "Oh, i know but there is a reason why you are captain and she is the assistant, you will meeting the new team members, do you really want them to meet her first or you": Rosina said to me. I didn't have an answer for her so there was just this awkward silence. "I thought so": Rosina said to break the silence.
