I am surrounded by
Materialism
It is everywhere
And yet I still feel
as if I don't have
enough of anything
I own necklaces
Clothes
Pointless knickknacks
Mundane things
But I still wonder
If it's really worth
Anything at all
Surely it can't
When compared to
Connections with others
Feelings and
Emotions
Is there really
A point
To materialism
At All?
