"Where the hell is she auntie" Aman's angry voice echoed the room Amaya was surprised at her brother's angry voice she looked at Kavya she be confused by her sudden change in her behaviour "She's here with me we are coming back home tomorrow" auntie simply said

"Who gave her the permission to leave the house"  Auntie looked up at Kavya and then spoke Kavya was staring down and the floor "I thought it was a good idea to bring Kavya out for some fresh air" there was a moment of silence before Aman spoke again "Give her the phone I want to talk to her in private"

Auntie pass the phone to Kavya she took the phone off loud speaker and went on to the balcony "Hello Aman" she said calmly she was kind of happy Aman wanted to talk her personally "Look I'm gonna be straight forward I want a divorce not now but in a few weeks when the media has calm the news down about  your family I don't want any publicity by divorcing you" Kavya could not believe what she was hearing she thought Aman loved her back but she was thinking wrong Kavya did not say anything she stayed silent as tear formed in her eyes and dropped down her face"

Before Kavya could reply Aman put the phone down auntie came up to the balcony to see if Kavya was alright "What happened Kavya" Kavya wiped her tears and took a deep breathe "Aman wants a divorce not now but in a few weeks time which means I have until then to get Amaya justice"

Auntie put her hand on her mouth she was shocked hearing Aman wanted a divorce "Why does he want a divorce he has lost it I will talk to him Kavya don't worry" Kavya shook her head

"No auntie this was meant to happen it true I love Aman but he doesn't love me back nor has he ever if I'm in his life he will never be happy so it is best we go our separate ways right auntie" Auntie didn't know what to say she couldn't force both of them Kavya was agreeing to the divorce she knew she couldn't change Kavya's mind "But don't worry auntie I will help Amaya before anything oh and don't tell Amaya about his please auntie" Auntie nodded and Kavya left she wanted to be alone

Aman had told auntie he didn't care where Kavya was as long as she wasn't in his home so auntie decided to let Kavya stay with Amaya at her house. It had been two weeks since Kavya had that conversation with Aman she couldn't ignore what he said it ran through her mind everyday she was working on finding evidence and statements on Amaya's rape case. Kavya was convinced she was at a good place with all the evidence to support Amaya's case but they were lacking one thing a experience lawyer who would fight their case they couldn't just trust anyone Rajveer could easily buy anyone

It had been a few days they were losing time they needed a lawyer in time for the court date which was approaching fast they had a week to prepare themselves and for the lawyer to cover all the evidence and statements and see if they needed anything to support their case to make it stronger "Bhabhi who will we find we are losing time"

"I know Amaya I am thinking the same" they both sighed drinking tea and watching a movie to stop stressing themselves about the case they were so into the movie that they both jumped when the door bell rang "God Bhabhi who the hell is that"

"I don't know I will check you stay here" Kavya went to the door and opened it to be greeted by Meera "Bhabhi what are you doing here"

Kavya let Meera in and took her straight to the living room Meera and Amaya exchanged looks they both looked backed at Kavya for an introduction Kavya looked at both of them and then realised "Oh sorry Meera Bhabhi this is Aman's sister Amaya and Amaya this is my Bhabhi Meera Rajveer's wife" Kavya hesitated why saying Rajveer's wife Meera fell down on the sofa next to her looking at Amaya

"Amaya your here" Amaya was confused she didn't recognise Meera "Why" Amaya simply asked Before Meera replied Kavya spoke "Bhabhi how did you know I was here and why are you here"

"Well Kavi I left Rajveer finally he lost control and took all the anger he had on the media and Aman on me that explains the bruises on my body I wanted to know if you were all right and tell you I found the courage to leave that hell I was living in but when I went to Aman's house auntie told me you were here so I came here"

Kavya hugged her Bhabhi she was happy she left that brute Rajveer she saw the bruises on Meera's arms, face and neck she felt so bad for Meera "How come your here Kavi and not with Aman" Kavya suddenly remembered the conversation with Aman about him divorcing her Kavya didn't want to worry Amaya or Meera so she had to lie

"I've told Aman I need to have a break for some time I lied to him to help Amaya bring Rajveer down so he could be punished and she could get her justice but Bhabhi we can't find a lawyer to fight the case and if we do they are easily brought by Rajveer" Meera nodded taking in everything Kavya said and she then thought of someone who could fight the case "There is someone who can fight the case and not be brought by that bastard Rajveer and he will easily take this case to increase his image"

"Really who Meera didi" Amaya said hopeful "Sanjeev Malhotra" Kavya choked on her tea ending up spitting it our on the floor

"Fricken Sanjeev Malhotra Bhabhi he will never help me remember I almost married him I embarrassed him by you know" Kavya was having trouble finding the right words Sanjeev Malhotra was someone who wouldn't help she was convinced

"Kavi you have no other option just ask what's the worse that can happen he says no how much time do you have before you have to go to court" Kavya faked smiled and spoke "Roughly a week"

"A WEEK KAVI" Meera shouted "You can't be seriously you have no time to be picky let me call him on my basis and you never know he might say yes and that's what we want"

"Meera didi is right Bhabhi we have no other choice right call this person for me please" Kavya frowned "Fine call him Bhabhi"
