Chapter Twelve

"Inspector arrest this sick bastard he probably raped my sister and tortures her where have you locked her up" Rajveer said grabbing Aman's collar the police got involve freeing Aman away from Rajveer 

"Mr Gupta don't take the law in your hands we need to search your house Mr Kapoor" The inspector interfered Aman was slightly scared Kavya could get him arrested right away she could be free from him he was worried Kavya would testify against him he was worried but didn't show it on his face 

"Go ahead inspector search my hosue" He said confidently grinning at Rajveer as the police were about to search the house Kavya came out and spoke "No need inspector I am here" She said calmly not looking at Aman at all she looked at her family the whole time she was angry at them even though she liked living with Aman she was angry her family for thinking it was fine  looking for her six months after she was kidnapped 

"I don't you inspector he kidnapped my sister arrest him" Rajeer shouted the police nodded and went up to Aman they pulled handcuffs "Your under arrest for kidnapping-" before they could finish Kavya came in front of Aman 

"Not so fast Inspector who said I was kidnapped my brother right you never asked me you have no right to randomly arrest my HUSBAND" Kavya emphaised the word husband which made Rajveer more irritated. Aman was surprised Kavya took his side he thought she would take this chance to free herself from him he grinned at Rajveer to annoy him more with the fact that his sister was now against him 

"She's lying that bastard probably threatened her...Guddi don't worry I am here he can't do anything you don't need to lie" Rajveer said getting more and more annoyed 

"Why would I lie inspector he is my husband we have paper to prove it and if I didn't love him and marry him would I get his name printed on my hand by the mehndi artist she said showing her right hand where Aman's name was printed it was a faint brown colour now but still visible Aman and the rest contolled their laughter seeing Kavya's acting how much they wanted to laugh but couldn't it would only make the situation worse 

Aman walked beside Kavya snaking his arm around her waist pulling her closer "I don't know about his sister inspector but this is my wife Kavya Kapoor" 

"Your lying" Rajveer shouted "That's it Mr Gupta do you think it's a good idea to waste police time I'm letting you go now next time I won't the police and lawyer left the house just leaving Rajveer and Kavya's parents in the room with Aman and the rest of the guys 

Aman still had his arm around Kavya "I see Kapoor this is revenge for  your sister right" Aman's gripped tightened around Kavya's waist she realised the topic of his sister was sensitive and Rajveer was pressing bang on the sensitivity of the topic "What do you think Rajveer" Aman said Kavya looked up at Aman whose eyes were slightly red she could see the terror she saw the first time she meant Aman 

"You think doing what your doing will affect me Aman but your wrong I should have done way worse to your sister than I did" Aman was fuming at this point he was about to go hit Rajveer but Kavya and Amar pushed Aman back "No bhai not now he wants you to hit him don't fall for it"

"Guddi why are doing this why are helping this monster" Kavya's mother spoke up after staying silent this whole time "Because he cares more for me than you guys ever did it took you guys almost six months to find me you didn't put any effort in I was in that party aand you guys did nothing and now sudden;y out of the blue you guys remember me" Kavya said as tears streamed down her face 

"Guddi your wrong we were trying our best your our little princess" Kavya fake laughed "Really then tell me what Rajveer did to Aman sister if I am your little princess mum and dad" They went silent and looked down Kavya now knew something big happened to Aman sister her parents had hung their heads in shame "Guddi your crossing the limit" Rajveer said 

"Really what can I say I am your sister after all" Rajveer was furious hearing how Kavya was talking to him he rushed up to Kavya to slap her Kavya moved her head to the side waiting to be slap but nothing happened when she opened her eyes and turned her head to the other side she saw Aman had grabbed Rajveer's arm "Touch her and I will kill you" Aman said clenching his teeth together Kavya smiled Aman protected her 

"Guddi come home we will tell you everything I promise everything will be normal again" Aman pushed Rajveer making him stumble back Amar, Varun and Aditya stood next to Aman leaving Kavya standing alone in front of them was Kavya's family. Kavya tears had no conrtol they kept flowing out as she was at that point she had to choose between Aman and her family she knew this situation will come soon she looked at her family and at Aman who was looking at her hopeful looking at Aman gave Kavya strenght to stand up to her family and finally say no to them

Kavya walked over to where Aman was and stood next to him she held his hand and spoke "No because this is my home where my husband is and where my real brothers are" She said reffering to Varun and Aditya "If that's what you have chosen then from now on you are dead for us"

"I always told you dad that this bitch whore would betray us" Rajveer said looking at Kavya wanting to hurt her so bad "Security get theses dirty digusting people out of my house now" Amar said wanted to end this as soon as possible 

Once security kicked Kavya's family out Aman decided to go back to his study but before he could reach the stairs Kavya spoke "What do Rajveer do to your sister Aman" She said standing there emotionally broken inside she never wanted to be on bad terms with her parents she only wanted Rajveer out of her life but in one day she lost her family 

Aman didn't answer he decided to ignore it and walk up the stairs "What did Rajveer do Aman" Kavya said this time shouting
