The missing bride

Chapter Eleven

Aman took off the silk black robe Kavya was wearing he took a moment to look at Kavya's body which was visible through the transparent material she had on. Kavya blushed as Aman stared at her body he smirked and started kissing her again 

A few minutes into them kissing Aman suddenly stopped broke the kiss "Shit" He said looking annoyed and got off Kavya and went into the bathroom Kavya layed there confused she felt Aman had blown her off she waited for what seemed like hours for Aman to return but instead he came out of the bathroom and went into his study without looking at Kavya 

Tears flowed on to her face she was rejected by Aman she didn't want to be in the same room as him so she got changed and went downstairs Kavya had a bad habit of eating when she was really upset. She grabbed whatever junk food was in the kitchen and sat in the living room eating it in pure silence 

The next morning auntie and the rest returned earlier than planned they walked into the living room to see Kavya asleep on the sofa her hair was messed and she was surrounded by several empty packets at first they were confused but started laughing she looked funny sleeping like that 

All the laughing caused Kavya to wake up she woke up to see everyone expect Aman staring at her she didn't  care less she was already insulted by Aman's rejection last night was there anything worse that could happen she thought to herself "What happened beta" auntie came forward slightly concerned 

"I don't want to talk about it anyone got more chocolate on them" Kavya said she needed junk food to distract herself the guys looked at the several empty wrappers and packets on the floor and sofa they were shocked someone like Kavya did so much damage 

"Haven't you had enough bhabhi" Kavya glared at Varun who decided to question her "Oh now you will decide what I eat now" she sparked back rudely the guys were shocked Kavya would get angry but she had never spoken to anyone like that "I'm sorry guys I'll clean this up I think it best to just leave me alone today" with that she got up and went into the maid's quarter the guys were shocked and assumed Aman had something to do with Kavya's sudden change in behaviour 

Auntie made breakfast and the guys were joined by Aman on the didning table Aman looked around to see Kavya he felt bad leading her on yesterday then suddenly blowing her off but he knew building a relationship with her could cost him in losing the chance of taking revenge on Rajveer 

"You looking for bhabhi" Amar said getting Aman attention "No" he simply replied back 

"Well Aman I don't know what you did to her but she seems depressed you missed it about two hours ago she was asleep with messy hair and surounded by empty chocolate wrapper and crisps packets it was funny to watch her like that" Varun joked around and the others laugh they stopped seeing Aman was amused by them laughing 

"If you ask me some bad impact caused her to be like that in the past hour she ha cleaned every room in the house she's done the gardening and is now cutting the grass she even cleaned the maid's quarter" Auntie said as she served breakfast to everyone 

Aman felt guilty his negative thoughts about Kavya disappeared a long time ago when he got to know Kavya better he was convinced Kavya knew nothing about what Rajveer did but he needed her to take revenge from Rajveer. How much Aman wanted to grab Kavya and kiss her again but he knew he couldn't 

He decided to avoid Kavya again it was better this way he thought to himself. Aman was in denial he had fallen in love with the innocent minded Kavya he knew but didn't want to beileve it

A week went passed both Kavya and Aman were avoiding each other Kavya started sleeping in the garden on the swing she loved the cool breeze at night even though Amar was against Kavya sleeping in the garden he couldn't force Kavya 

The whole atmosphere was awkward and the guys were getting tired of it. Later that day secruity informed auntie the police was at the gates auntie instructed secruity to let them 

The police entered with Rajveer and Kavya's parents auntie was shocked to see Rajveer she rushed to call Aman who was in his study she didn't even bother to knock "Beta Kavya's family is downstairs with the police" Aman immediately stood up not expecting this to happen he went downstairs to be greeted by his enemy Rajveer and Kavya's parents 

"What do you want Gupta" Aman said coldly controlling his anger before Rajveer spoke a lawyer walked in and stood next to him 

"Your under arrest Aman Kapoor for kidnapping Kavya Gupta and forcefully marrying her and abusing her" the lawyer babbled on Aman just laughed "Isn't that the inspector's job to say this your a lawyer you only state the case your client is fighting for" 

Hearing the commotion downstairs Varun, Amar and Aditya came out of the game room and went downstairs they were equally shocked to see Rajveer standing in their house alive "Quit it Kapoor where is my sister we know you kidnapped her we have evidence you were even there at the engagement party with her" Rajveer said Aman sensed the anger in his voice Aman enjoyed seeing Rajveer suffer he couldn't help with smile 

Amar sensed this situation wasn't going to end nicely so he went to find Kavya who was sitting in the garden reading a murder mystery book "Bhabhi quick come Aman needs you" Kavya sighed and carried on reading her book "Bhabhi come on what are you doing" 

"I'm not falling for it Amar just leave me alone" Amar brushed his finger in his hair he didn't want the situation to get worse inside with Kavya testifying to prove Aman innocent will be an insult to Rajveer but would save Aman from going to jail for kidnap and abuse charges 

"Bhabhi try to understand Rajveer and your parents are here with the police and a lawyer they are here to arrest Aman for kidnapping you and abusing you please bhabhi don't let bhai go to jail" Kavya stood up dropping her book on the floor she also didn't want Aman to go to jail even though she wasn't on good terms with Aman she still loved him. She didn't wait for Amar and just rushed into the living room with Amar behind her she stopped at a distance where she couldn't be seen to hear what they were saying
