Kiddy Brawls -Chapter 2

*Summer of 1928*

"Ring ring ring" Y/N clock ringed in her ear causing her to drag herself out of her warm pink sheets.The clock read 7.00 as she put on her pink summer dress and slipped on her frilly white cotten socks before tieing her hair into a high pony tail finshing it of with some pink ribbon. She always looked smart she walked down the hall to the dining table the sun shining through the thin curtins Teddy and Aruthur sat at the table gobbling down there pancake their father had made. Y/N sat at the table a stack of pancakes in front of her and some stawberries in the middle of the table to say her family was well off was a understatment but they didnt just get this by hand her father worked for it earning rank after rank in the S.S.R .

"Y/N i need to walk the boys to school " their father said. Y/N sat there and listened while she was eating her pancakes he continued " so that means i cant walk you no more but since your a big girl now you should be fine" Y/N just continued eating her pancake and nodding at her father "but i thought it would be nice for you to have some friends to walk with" Y/N looked at her father confused as she ate her last bite she walked over putting on her shoes her father said "so i decied to ask" just as he was about to finish there was a knock at the door as she opened the door she was greeted by two boys the same two boys she saw 3 years ago under the blossem tree. she give the two boys tierd looks and knew they were here to get the ball they kicked over the back fence about the twelth time this month just as the skinny boy was about to speak Y/N father came behind her "No their here to walk to school with you" Y/N face dropped into annyonce as she stared at the two boys the skinny small one smiling shyly as always and the brown one just standing there annoyed as much as Y/N.

Lets just say Y/N and the brown haired boy didnt get on one bit they couldnt stand each other and would try to not speak to each as much as possible. Y/N looked at her father in anger as he smiled at her she grabbed her books off th counter and went out the door and down the porch stairs the the skinny blonde following quickly behind her the brown haired boy just walked at a normal pace." Umm.. Oh.. Ahhh.. Can you please wait up" Y/N came to a hault as the blonde boy stopped resting his hand on his knees breathing heavily "How are you out of breath we walked down the street" Y/N said confused the skinny blonde hair boy was taken back by her accent just as she relised she put her hand over her mouth.Y/N was self conscious about her accent as no one spoke like her in Brooklyn and she was often teased by the other girls in her class. The skinny boy just shruged it off and smiled and held his hand out "i have been trying to say this for the past 3 years my name is Steven Grant Rodgers but you can just call me Steve Rodgers and that there is James Buchaman Barnes but everyone calls him bucky ... " just as he was about say barnes James interupted "No you can call me James i only allow people i like to call me bucky" he turned away unphased by his words steve nugged his elbow into him "Well Steve ,James my name is Y/N Queenie Williams but you can call me"pointing at steve "Y/N and you can not speak to me" pointing at james as she spun round on her shoe she put her arm out signling steve to hook it steve follwed up by linking her arm blushing "Have you never hooked a girls arm before Steve? " Y/N "If were being honest your the first girl i have ever really spoken to dosnt matter hooking arms they always lining up for my friend back there" steve said " I simply dont know why i much prefer you over that brute back there" she replyed steve just laughed "hey why dont we annoy him" she then whisperd something in steve ear keeping eye contact with james the full time his face dropped when he relised she was talking about him when actully she was just whispering nothing in steve ear to annoy james.

"You know if your telling steve how handsome and charming i am you could just tell me to my face" James smiled thinking he had outsmarted her "Oh no i was simply just telling Steve how much of a brute you were and how your flys undone" she smiled and walked off . James looked down at his fly steve laughed as james pushed him as he walked pass zipping up his fly stepping into school Y/N and the two boys went there seprate way.

*recses*

Y/N sat there at the wooden bench no one sat on and read her book made for 3 grades higher than her she flicked through the pages quickly asboring the information. Jessica Walsh walked pass with her girl gang shes laughing at some pathetic joke as per usual she was only popular due to her family having money,being allowed to wear makeup and having kissed 3 boys she came over to Y/N " If it isnt little miss perfect so stuck up reading her little special book thinking she smater than everyone else ohh woww cause a boy wants a smart girl". Jessica remarked sarcasticly

Normally Y/N wouldn't say anything and would just ignore her stupid remarks but today she was fuled with anger "hmm yeah i guess i am smart since i am the highest marker in our class and just as much as a boy dosnt want a girl who smart i am pretty sure he dosnt want a girl who kisses around so i guess were on the same page" Y/N sat back down and finshing reading her book as Jessica just walked away with her head turned up steve came over " Hey that was some good entertainment" he laughed " yeah i guess so " Y/N replyed. Just as i thought all the drama was over today Ralph Dylan walks over he is the biggest bully in school also one of the boys Jessica kissed "hey Rodgers is this your Girlfriend ? she seems more like the man in the relationship" Ralhp remarked with his group laughing behind him " Oh wow so funny Ralph let me tell you something no matter how much you try this young boy here will always be more of a man that you are "Y/N remarked standing up from her seat.Ralph went red with anger just as he stuck his fist up ready to hit steve Y/N stood in his way "Move now willaims i am not afaid to hit you" Y/N " I know your not so why dont you do it"
Ralph let go of the rag of steve shirt as his eyes darted at you. Just as he goes to punch your knee connects with his privates and he falls to the floor in pain you climb behind him and put him in a choke hold "just tap out Ralph and i can save you the Embarassment of being beat up by a girl in front of the whole class" "never" Ralph said just as you were about go tighter a pair of hands grabbed you getting you off Ralph. Ralph rolled around gasping for air .

You turn to see james who took you off Ralph " What in the hell do you think your doing james" Y/N asked "Not letting you get in trouble or murder the kid also your a girl you shouldnt be doing that" just as james said that steve muttered " you shouldnt had said that buck " Y/N raged after what james just said she collied her fist with his nose as he falls to the floor james mutters " unladylike" he was just asking for it really Y/N turned back around bending to floor hitting him in the eye causing him not only a bloody nose but a black eye aswell unlucky for Y/N someone narked on her and she was sent to the princple office and she got suspended for 1 week after almost knocking one child out and giving one a bloody nose and a black eye her father was very angry at his daughter.

As thankful steve was for Y/N that day he also knew James wouldnt like Y/N not one bit after embarrassing him like that infront of the school.while Y/N supsion at home alone steve came to visit her on her second day .

Y/N heard a knock at her window as she went over she was greeted by the friendly face she knew as Steve Rodgers. She opened the window and before steve could open his mouth "I am not apologyizing to him he deserve it for what he said if he just didnt say i should not do that i am a girl i wouldnt have hit him but he did and i dont regret what i did" Y/N finshed. Steve just sat there and laughed "I wasnt coming up here to tell you off about buc.. James if he was so bothered he would come tell you himself although he is a little pissed off i am here to say thank you for sticking up for me normally it just bu..james who does it ." Y/N just smiled " no problem would you like a drink or some biscuits" Steve replyed "Just a drink please " Y/N came back with 2 coca cola bottles Steves face lit up with joy as him and you sat there and drank it starting off at the sunset .

Hey eveyone really hope your enjoying the story so far as much as I enjoy writing it also again about the spelling mistakes I ma really sorry if there is any I do go over and try and get rid of them all anyway if any of you were wondering Y/N is 11 so is Bucky and Steve anyway to the next chapter xxx
