Chapter Seven: Turf Wars

Forgot to put this in at the end of last chapter, but here it is:

Ability: Kaioken (max of x10)

Level: 5.3 (6.3 at x10)

Also I've noticed that Broly and Vegeta kinda slipped my mind, so next chapter will involve them some more.

Goku's PoV:

It's been a few days since Remi stayed the night. The next day she had to go back home for a family emergency. I didn't realize this until now, but I really miss her. I was just working out in my room until I heard a knock at my door.

I opened the door to see someone that I didn't like much.

It was Arlo.

He had apologized to Remi for being a jerk, and she forgave him.  I never really did the same. "Yes?" I questioned with a frown. 

"Good morning! How are you?" He said with a smile. It freaked me out.

"Fine, what do you want?" I asked.

"Oh! A school challenged us to Turf Wars. They are pretty strong, so do you want to join in?" he answered. 

Strong? That sounds fun!!

"Actually, you kinda don't have a choi-" He started.

"Okay, I'll go'" I said to him, cutting him off.

"Hey, can you help me recruit Seraphina as well?" he inquired.

"Sure, I guess?" I replied.

We then walked past Vegeta who was relaxed on the couch watching a cartoon that had a guy with spiky golden hair fighting another bulky guy that was grey and purple. That looks cool! I need to find it later, I thought as I followed Arlo to Seraphina's dorm. 

Seraphina's PoV:

I was enjoying my day reading unOrdinary in my room when I heard a knock on my door and I immediately got an intense feeling of dread. This feeling only came whenever he was near. I opened the door with a frown when I saw him. It was Arlo. He was accompanied by someone I wasn't expecting, that being Goku. I felt kinda bad, as he was dragged into this. He looked a little uncomfortable around Arlo, who probably forced him here.

"What?" I told him.

"Seraphina! Good to see you! How have you been?" he said somewhat cheerfully.

"Cut the shit. What do you want?" I spat at him.

"You see, this school challenged us to Turf Wars, and Remi isn't here. Can you sub in for queen?" He said calmly.

"Yeah! The school is crazy strong, too! I can't wait to fight them!" Goku said excitedly.

How does he function?, I thought.

Arlo probably won't piss off unless I went, so there is kinda no other choice.
