"WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON!!!!!"

Bakugou's outrage was larger than usual and he and Todoroki were brought outside to have a word with All Might, Mr Aizawa and Principal Nezu who sat in his scarf.

First Bakugou explained while looking down awkwardly, that he was Izuku's childhood friend and that be made a mistake as a kid.

When the problem was pressed, Bakugou just avoided eye contact before admitting how he handled that time when Izuku appeared in front of him after their house burnt down.

He fiddled with his fingers before letting off an explosion at his own face as Todoroki started to talk too.

He countered Bakugou's statement by explaining Izuku's quirk, trying to remember all the details of when the boils and burns of his face was reduced to a simple scar.

After a few more exchanges, the two were dismissed and continued class.

Bakugou's face was smeared with ash but it helped hide the small red dusting on his cheeks. He was almost ridiculously happy to know that the boy he tried to catch the attention off as a kid was still alive. And as much as he wanted to see the happy smile again, he shivered slightly as he remembered the nonchalant air of Izuku at the USJ.

Todoroki on the other hand, felt a little sad. He hadn't known what happened to Izuku and it really didn't help to find out that Bakugou knew him too.... Confused at his thought process, Todoroki tilted his head to the side as he wondered why he chased after that angel of a child. His face heated slightly however when he tried to rethink angel as it just didn't work. Izuku was simply just too alluring for that now.

The rest of the class also had their own thoughts about the USJ. Most of them were still terrified.

The incident did shake up Uraraka but not in the way of most people.

While the blue haired man did scare her, she was more scared of the one who got his mask removed.

She often went with her guts when it comes to making friends and most of the time, she was correct. But this time, her insides screamed danger when she layed eyes on that villain, to stay away from him. He's trouble...

(A/n I knew you were trouble when you walked in 🎶🎵

Sorry not sorry)

The bell rang and the kids got up to head for lunch.

Bakugou stayed behind a d waited for the majority of the class to leave before he approached Todoroki.

"Oi! Icyhot!"

Todoroki sighed and looked up.

" What do you want?"

"What did you mean Deku has a quirk? That nerd told me he was quirkless!"

Todoroki shrugged as he took out his bento to start eating.

"Dunno, I met him once and he used his healing quirk on my scars. If it weren't for his quirk, my left eye wouldn't had permanent damage and I wouldn't have been able to see. Plus also the fact I would have boils and rashes if he didn't calm them down."

That made Bakugou just fume even more.

He had no idea that the house that burnt down in the news was Deku's so when he saw Deku the next day, he just didn't know that Deku was supposed to be dead or missing.

How else was he supposed to react when he was faced with reality that Deku couldn't be his sidekick when they grew up?

What else was he suppose to do except continue searching after Deku disappeared from his life with him being the last one to see him?

It was probably his fault that Deku was a villain but surely Deku wouldn't wouldn't become a mindless doll from his words. He was sure Deku deep down knew that his words were the opposite of how he feels.

So what happened?

As Bakugou continued to get worked up, meanwhile back in the base for the league of villains, Izuku was in his almost empty room dancing and dancing.

Like a doll, he kept spinning and swaying to music he only heard in his own mind.

His mind was full of sound but it was also empty. He couldn't think for himself further than the basics and just relied on what was said to him.

Being familiar with the voices of his mother's recording, the rusty voice if his boss Shigaraki, the deep voice of the master, Kurogiri's warm and soothing voice, Dabi's once in a while retorts and Toga's squeaky pitches, Izuku wouldn't respond to anyone else. When a few new members joined, someone named Spinner tried to say hi but Izuku kept on staring blankly at the floor not even realising he was there.

Izuku didn't like noise.

He wanted silence.

It hurt to think because every time he did, he would be reminded that his mother died. However, he would also remember that is he kept dancing, she could be brought back to life.

So he kept dancing.

Day and night, Izuku would dance.

He wouldn't eat or have a break or even head for the bathroom.

Toga happily took over and would come by his room at certain times to tell him an instruction to look after himself.

It wasn't as if he was a mindless doll, Izuku could still process the information he was told and if he wasn't dancing or staring blankly at the floor, he was glaring with intent to kill.

But it was just easier to not think.

He knew he was surrounded by people he should be hating and he knew that he secretly hated the people he should've looked up to.

But he couldn't help it.

He kept dancing today however for a slightly different reason. He wasn't trying to block the memory of his dead mother but instead two voices he recognised from somewhere. One was soothing and the type he wanted to keep around, to protect. And the other got on his nerves, he wanted to shut it down. It hurt to hear.
