Chapter 08. Sir LanceLuke - Part 2.

Luke keep checking his phone time to time since yesterday. He even browse and check his social media for any updates but to no avail.

"He sighed. All he need to do is just press the accept notification, Its not even so hard to do that". Luke monologue to himself. Waiting is not his forte as well.

Arayha calling......

After a few rings Luke eventually pick up the call.

"Oey!" Luke greets the caller uninterested.
"Babe.. whats with that tone. Can you be more sweeter.." the caller on the other line demanded.

"Ohhhhhh.." Luke repeated his greetings trying hard to sound sweeter .

"Ayiiiii. Babe. Stop. Youre making me blush.." the girl on the other line responded.

Luke took a deep breath. He rolled his eyes as a sign of annoyance.

"Babe, are you busy today. Can you accompany me. I want to go to the mall today. I'm really really bored. Besides its been a long time that you have visited me. If i didnt call you for sure you wont even attempt to call me. I've been waiting for you to visit me in our department but you never did it.." Arayha nags at Luke while sounding anguish.

"Babe, sorry. Im just too busy this past few days. You very well know we are a few weeks away from our University Fair. Then Itthipat forced me to join a school club, which makes me more busier this week." Luke trying to explained to Arayha.

"Is that even more important that I am?" Arayha retorted while sulking.

Luke smiled with Arayha's question. He suddenly remember Tine. Its the same question he asked him yesterday. How can he forgot his reaction with his pick up line. If I told it to Arayha probably she will scream to her hearts content, but contrary Tine laught out loud instead. And he admits, Tine's laughter brought a different kind of joy to him. Its like Tine was hypnotizing him with his laughing. Its probably the reason why he cant take away his eyes from Tine yesterday.

"Babe..Hello.. Are you still there? Are you even listening to me?" Arayha scold him on the other line cutting his thought.

Luke sighed again. He was questioning himself lately. He knows something change in him. And his pretty much sure it has something to do with Tine.

"Sorry Babe. Im actually feeling not well today." Luke reasoned out to Arayha to cover up his unattentiveness.

Suddenly Arayha became hysterical on the other line. "I dont believe you. I can sense it. I can feel your turning cold to me already. I know..I know your seeing someone already. Your replacing me. Why Luke, tell me is she better than me, Is that bitch prettier than me.. Do I know her.. Owww. I knew it. Its Nam right.. Its her. That flirty leech.. I will slap her face when I see her." Arayha keeps blubbering and sending threats to Luke.

Luke feels irritated with Arayha's bickering. His giving him a headache. He knew it. Arayha would nagged again in the event he refuse to do what she wants. He compose himself first before he tries to reason out again to Arayha.

"Babe, promise Im really not that well today. Besides Im not replacing you. And about Nam, I havent met her nor talked to her. You can even check my social media. She's not even on my friends list." Luke explain to Arayha while trying to assure her.

"Then, babe lets meet Na. I will take good care of you. Please. I really miss you." Arayha suddenly toned down while still insisting her demands to Luke.

"Babe, next time. Promise. Please." Luke pleaded again..

"Really!!!" Arayha angrily reply after Luke still decline on her persuasion.
