Vanity's POV
"So I was thinking something with a V like Verona or Viviana."
"Mmm I was thinking something with a C like Celeste or Cher"
It's been 2 weeks since I've been let go from the hospital and Cody and I still don't have a name for our daughter.
"Hm I don't know... I'm not a huge fan of C names." Cody says smiling like a dork.
"Yeah me either" I say trying to play along with his joke.
"Jesus can you guys just name her Coryana! You've been at this baby name stuff for two weeks now, I've given you the name already" Corey yells from the living room.
"We're not naming her Coryana! It doesn't even sound right" I yell back
"Your face doesn't sound right!" Corey yells
"That's doesn't even make sense!"
"Okay guys how about we calm down with the yelling, the neighbors already hate us and now they're gonna hate us even more when the baby starts crying in the middle of the night every day" Cody says taking the notebook and pens we've been using to write down names from the table.
"Where are you going?" I ask as he stands up leaving the kitchen.
"We need a break, I'm hungry and our baby's probably hungry too" he says grabbing his keys
"Chinese food?"
"We had that last week!" Corey yells not liking the idea.
"Shut up! You're not the one with crazy cravings! The baby wants what she wants!"
"Okay I don't mind taking two trips, I'll stop by for Chinese food and whatever Corey's getting"
"I'll take a burrito from that new place next to the Stadium" Corey says walking into the kitchen.
"And I'll take a number two with extra honey walnut shrimp" I say
We all looked to Cody and see he's already regretting ever asking what we wanted to eat.
"Fine, I'll be back" he says walking out of the house
"He's your bitch now" Corey says looking to me
"Correction, he's our bitch" I say back pointing to him and me.
"True" he says getting up from the kitchen chairs.
"Sooo there's not a slight chance for Coryana?"
"No, not even a 1% chance"

Later that Day
"So Dave's having me play next weeks game finally even though I told him that I'd be fine to play since last week" Cody says as we drive to the stadium much to Cody's protests about staying home. Believe me I've tried to stay home but I miss the Stadium and plus I've been on bed rest for two weeks now.
"I told him you'd be okay to play too, he's just watching out for us" I say
"Does he know yet?" Cody asks
"Know what?" I ask
"That it's a girl"
"Oh shit, I haven't told anyone but Corey." I say
"That's great!" Cody yells excitedly
"Why is that great?"
"Because we can do a gender reveal! We can have everyone come to the house and do a big gender reveal!"
"The point of a gender reveal is for no one to know expect one person, we kinda killed that when Dr. Remi told us the gender."
"But it can be a surprise to everyone else, c'mon Van. Pleeease." Cody begs giving me his best puppy dog eyes.
"Only if we stop by Starbucks on the way back" I say
"Deal!"
As we arrived at the parking lot we showed our ID's and parked the car.
"Omg I missed this place" I say quickly getting out of the car and speed walking to the front gates.
"Vanity can you calm down! Don't run!" Cody yells from behind me.
As I reached the front gates I said hello to Tommy our security guard.
"Tommy! Long time no see" I say hugging him as he hugs me back
"Vanity! Woah look at you, you look amazing!" He says motioning to my very pregnant stomach
"Ahh if only I felt amazing Tommy, this pregnancy thing is harder than I thought" I say
"Well it looks you're doing just fine, I'm really happy for you Vanity. I can't wait to meet the little one" he says as he opens up the gates letting me in.
"Thanks Tommy, I'll see you later" I say walking in and looking at the place. Sighing I stop in front of the field.
"Oh how I missed you" I say smiling
"It's missed you too Vanity" I hear from behind me
I turn around and see Dave and immediately run to him embracing him in a hug.
"Dave I missed you!"
"Me too Vanity, we've all missed you here." He says
"How's it going? You still have this place in tip top shape without me?"
"Mmm maybe not tip top but it's doing okay."
"Vanity?! Where'd you go?" We hear Cody yell
"I'm here!"
As Cody comes into view he smiles at Dave. Cody hasn't seen Dave in two weeks either and I'm glad they're seeing each other again.
"Cody my boy!" Dave says smiling to him and embracing him in a hug.
"Dave it's great too see you"
"So what are you guys doing here?" Dave asks as we walk into the lounge.
"I needed to get out of the house for a bit, and I missed the stadium." I say taking a seat on the couch
"Yeah and I came to drop off a few things for next weeks games."
"Ah yes! I forgot you'd be joining us next week again. The teams missed you Cody."
"Gee what about me?"
"Oh they've missed you more, Kiké won't stop complaining about the intern assistant manager and how he doesn't know where to put Kiké in for games" Dave says
"There's a new intern assistant manager?"
"Yeah the board told me I had to have one in your replacement. They brought him here from Wisconsin."
"Well he better not get comfortable because I'm coming back in two weeks"
"Vanity... his contract is for a whole year"
