When Maeve Bennett sends herself on a suicidal mission to save her sister from the 'other side'. She finds outs it's destroyed and they're trapped in a world not familiar to man or supernatural.
As her lost hope is filled, it doesn't last long when things seem to falter and she's stuck with—a hot—but deadly sociopath in his own hell.

In this story Maeve and Jeremy are the same age, i'm guessing Jeremy was 20 in season six??? If he wasn't let's just use our imagination. (actually he was 18 in season six oops)
