"YOU DRIVE LIKE A MANIAC." The gemini witchsaid getting out the car and bending over as if she's going to throw up. "In my defense there was literally no one on the road, I took my chance."
"In a stolen car?" Liv looks up at Maeve and she gasped.
"Hey! You said we didn't steal it Ms. Borrower" She reminds her. "Not my fault you get car sick." She smiles at Liv before she looks at the Salvatore boarding house and took a deep breath. "Alright let's go." She walks up the long two way driveway of the brick and stone-like mansion.
"Wait isn't that Damon's supposedly-burnt to the crisp- car." Maeve jogs up to the familiar vehicle. The blue Chevy Camaro that he adored so much. She ran her fingers over the clean steel of the car wondering how it didn't get completely trashed.
But the hot wind quickly reminded her they aren't at home.
"Alright magic suction cup, let the witch go." Damon's voice was loud and clear from the inside of the house and both girls looked at each other. Maeve's eyes widened and she ran to the door and Liv followed shortly behind.
Maeve yanked the door open seeing the house looked slightly different which confused her. "Where'd the pool table go?" Maeve entered a dining area she had never seen before, Liv shrugged her shoulders.
The commotion got louder. Both of the girls stepped in the living room, Maeve's heart was pumping hard in her chest and she was sure everybody could hear it.
Her assumption was right when Damon turned his head quickly to the two girls. "Really Bonnie, this was your call for help?" Damon asked puzzled, surprised to see the two witches.
Maeve ignored his comment and looked at the scene in front of her, Maeve's brain taking a while to process everything.
Damon was ready to pounce at a young man who held a knife to Bonnie's throat. Her eyes widened and Liv seemed to have the same reaction.
"Kai? What the hell are you doing here?" Liv's voice shook at the unknown boy. Her eyes were full of fear, something she wasn't so prone to show.
Maeve turned to Liv confused. "What's wrong, Liv." She asked not taking her eyes off the knife that played at Bonnie's neck.
"That's my brother." Her voice was laced with venom.
"Livy?" The boy squinted his eye. "Nice of you to join us, and look at that," Kai swiftly scanned Maeve up and down before locking eyes. Maeve glared challenging the stranger as it finally clicked to her, it was the same voice from before.
