"Jihoon hyung!" Seungkwan shouted and stood up. He ran to Jihoon though he was still a few meters away from them. He hugged Jihoon tightly, then parted to look at him. "What are you doing in a freaking wheelchair?!"

Jihoon shook his head. "Just fainted earlier. I'm fine."

Seungkwan stood up straight and looked at the doctor who was pushing Jihoon's wheelchair. "I'll take it from here, doc. Thank you," he said then held handle of the chair.

The doctor nodded. Then they three went closer to the gang, and when they got near them, Soonyoung rose to his feet and kneeled in front Jihoon. Jihoon smiled at him and tousled his hair. "I'm okay," Jihoon whispered.

"There's nothing to worry about Jihoon. It's confirmed to be vasovagal syncope, but there's nothing alarming about it. But make sure that he won't go through any emotional distress to avoid losing consciousness again," the doctor said and smiled down at Soonyoung. "Kids, the trauma team will do their best, okay? Your friend inside will be just fine."

Soonyoung nodded and thanked him. He left, and that's when Jihoon stood up from the chair but Soonyoung immediately held his hand and pulled him back down on his seat. "Don't be stubborn, please, Jihoon," he said and Jihoon could see how weak he is emotionally and mentally.

"S-Seokmin. . . t-take me to him p-please. . ." Jihoon said.

Soonyoung sighed and stood up. Seungkwan moved away so Soonyoung was now holding the chair and pushed it towards Seokmin. Seokmin looked up to Jihoon, then Jihoon slowly rose to his feet only to kneel in front Seokmin.

"J-Jihoon. . ." Seokmin whispered.

Jihoon ducked his head down was he was still on his both knees. "I-I'm so sorry," he whispered. "I-I'm so sorry f-for. . . f-for not saving him. I-I'm so sorry t-that I-I was too late. I-If only I-I made it there earlier, t-then I could have saved him. S-Seokmin. . . I-I am so sorry," he cried.

Soonyoung rushed to him and cursed. He knelt beside him in one knee and held both of his shoulders. "Get back to your chair, Jihoon—"

Jihoon shook his head. "S-Seokmin, I-I'm so sorry. . ."

Seokmin held his cheeks and lifted his head up. Their eyes met, and Seokmin saw his eyes full of sorry and of regret. "For what, Jihoon? You did nothing wrong, okay? T-This is no one's fault. If there is to blame, i-it's not any of us. It's not you."

Jihoon always sees radiance and light in Seokmin's eyes, but now those eyes were dim, sad, broken and hurt. Seokmin was always that ball of sunshine who never misses a day without making people happy and without putting smiles on their faces. And it broke Jihoon to see that that Seokmin seemed to have disappeared as pain rests in his eyes. The sunshine Seokmin was gone, and Jihoon prayed for Jisoo to come back so the bright Seokmin would too.

"S-Seungkwan told us a lot, Jihoon. . ." Seokmin said and sighed. "P-Please m-make us u-understand what is happening. T-That's the only thing I can ask of you. . ."

Jihoon nodded, but before he could talk, Soonyoung pulled him up to his feet and put an arm around him. Jihoon blinked and looked at him, but Soonyoung smiled. "It's going to be a long talk and you'll need a comfortable position for that."

Jihoon smiled back before he took his seat back on the wheelchair. Soonyoung pushed the chair at the end of the corridor, next to the sliding doors of the operating room, where Jihoon is visible to everybody. Now it looked like Jihoon was about to read a story for the kids since everybody was on the floor sitting with crossed legs.

Soonyoung sat down too just beside Jihoon's chair. When Jihoon looked at him, Soonyoung nodded at him, encouraging him to open up since the kids too deserve to know what is going on. Jihoon heaved a deep sigh before he started talking.
