Shorter chapter than usual, Sorry
Yamaguchi gently cleaned the cut on Tsukishima's leg, normally Tsukishima would argue and claim its fine, but this time he complied.
Tsukishima tried to keep his stoic facade up, Eventually he would tell Yamaguchi but right now he just wanted to go to bed as soon as possible.
...Well that was the plan,
however it was ruined when Yamaguchi poured the Hydrogen peroxide and Tsukishima couldn't help but hiss at the burning sensation.
It took a moment for Yamaguchi to realize but when he did he froze, he slowly lifted up his head his eye's wide and locked on Tsukishima
Tsukishima avoided his gaze and looked out the window.
He gave a silent nod.
Tsukishima heard a whimper and looked back at Yamaguchi who's eyes were now filled with tears.
Before Tsukishima could open his mouth Yamaguchi Grabbed him into a hug and began to cry.
"Shouldn't I be the one crying?" Despite his rude tone he didn't push Yamaguchi away.
Yamaguchi just replied with more sobs, Tsukishima rolled his eyes but gave a gentle pat on Yamaguchi back.
Yamaguchi pulled away his face now a mess of tears and snot
he better not have gotten snot on my shirt
"I'm just so happy for you"
Yamaguchi's face lit up and he stood up, wiping the tears from his face
"This causes for celebration" Before Tsukishima could ask , the freckled boy rushed out of the room
..Can you finish bandaging me first?
A few minutes later he entered the room with a piece of strawberry shortcake in hand.
Tsukishima's eyes lit up at the sight of the dessert and took it from his hands.
He took a bite.
"It's good."
Yamaguchi just smiled
"Are you just going to watch? In case you haven't noticed my leg is still bleeding out"
Yamaguchi flinched and quickly went back to Bandaging
but this time he was humming happily
~With (Y/N)~
(Y/N) yawned before slowly walking to the kitchen, she never got dinner so she was starving. As she approached the kitchen she heard loud bickering.
She entered the kitchen to see Nishinoya and Tanaka arguing, between them sat..
To be honest (Y/N) didn't know what it was. It was on a plate but it was defiantly not food and she was pretty sure she saw it move.
Nishinoya spotted (Y/N) and quickly rushed over.
"I'm so sorry (Y/N) I never meant to leave you and when I got back they wouldn't let me go search for you"
(Y/N) just gave a gentle smile, It was obvious Nishinoya felt bad.
"Its fine-"
"But its not! We are your friends, I should've kept an eye on you-"
Friend?
(Y/N) had always found herself alone. Maybe it was her secretive personality that scared everyone off. It didn't help that her dad was the vice principle.
The word had warmed her heart.
"-And i made you dinner as an apology"
Nishinoya held the creature food from earlier on a plate, offering it.
(Y/N) felt her eyes water at his display of kindness
Tanaka noticed and quickly whacked Nishinoya on the back of his head
"I told you it's in-editable!" Tanaka turned to (Y/N) "You don't have to eat it."
(Y/N) wiped her eyes before replying with a soft smile
"It's not that, I'm just happy. I have never had anyone make me food before"
The two boys were silent
(Y/N) thanked Nishinoya and walked to the table and began to eat.. "it".
Tanaka could only watch in horror as she ate the full plate, he wouldn't be surprised if she had dropped dead after eating it.
I hope that's not a tooth that just crunched
(Y/N) didn't even taste it, she was too happy. Plus she was super hungry and tired.
Both of them fell asleep with an ache on their leg and a smile on their face
