it was going through my head all day,I don't want to hurt y/bf ever I love him very much and I don't want him to see him get hurt especially from me.
"y/n don't break up with to protect just talk to him about it"Ella said to me "it's for the best"I replied "shut y/n you don't mean that you love him to much"she looked at me through the screen.
The front door knocked
"anyway I need to go y/bf is here"I told her ending the call
I answered the door y/bf smiled at me "hi baby"i didn't reply letting him in we sat on the sofa
"what's up?"he looked at me weirdly "uh well I just need to get this off my chest... I want to break up"I said quietly looking down

he stood up and he gave me a box he softly smiled with tears down his cheek.
I opened the box it was promise ring,lump on the back of my throat formed,I made a mistake I hurt him,I hurt him even more

I was sat on the sofa still holding onto the promise ring,tears rolling down my cheeks I messed up so bad,why did I have to be such a idiot.
the front door opened I turned,y/bf smiled at me he came towards quickly I looked at him confused
he kissed me passionately "hey you don't have to protect me y/n"he looked at me I laid my head on his chest "I'm sorry I didn't want to hurt you but I did I'm sorry"I apologised
"It's fine baby"he kissed my cheek I passed him the promise ring
he placed the ring on my finger "I love you baby next time just talk to me"he said to me I nodded
