Echo smiled as she walked up the steps towards Hera's office. " I've returned Your Highness with Tea and Kalila's report. " Hera looked up from her desk and smiled at Echo " Thank you,  We can start listening to it in a few minutes I just need to close this report. " Echo nodded and placed the tea down next to Hera and placed her hands on her shoulders " you're doing great Hera. " The two locked eyes and smiled at each other leaning in but being interrupted by a knock on the door." Hera a package has arrived for you. " Hera frowned at Echo and turned her attention to the door " Bring it in Argus. " The door slowly opened and a man walked it he placed the box on Hera's desk and turned red once he noticed her eyes on him. " Thank you Argus you can go now. " He nodded his head and quickly left the room. The romantic mood in the room now dead Echo sat down facing Hera " I'm ready if you are. " Hera took her seat across from Echo pulling a notepad and a stack of documents out " You can start now just let me sort these documents. "  A few minutes later Hera nodded her Head and Echo Opened her Mouth almost like a recording Kalila's voice poured from her mouth replaying the events that had happened to him within the past few days, Hera wrote notes down every few minutes then copying some information onto the documents she had pulled out. Hera stopped Echo halfway through so she could reread everything she had written down " Continue, please. " The audio started up again and Hera went back to writing until she had three full pages of notes and the audio was finished. " Thank you, Echo. " Hera looked over the notes and then at her files then lifted her head "you're still here?" Echo looked at Hera in surprise and then in disappointment then quickly left Hera's office. which lead to Hera returning to her notes on Kalila " Where have I seen this before? " Hera thought for a few moments before ending up stumped and not sure of what to do. " Come on brain think! this is your job for god's sake! " She brushed a strand of hair that had fallen over her eyes before looking up at her portrait on the wall and frowned " Does he have to remind me every day! " Hera scooted her chair back before walking to the cart below the portrait, after fixing herself a drink she looked up at Zeus's smiling face and threw her glass at it. Storming out of her office getting looks from her staff she made eye contact with the nymphs who quickly turned their heads and got back to work seeing this she calmed down and turned around and walked into her office ashamed. Hera walked over to the Portrait and knelt to pick up the shards of glass "ouch. " Hera lifted her hand and watched as gold sparkling blood dripped from her finger. She grabbed a napkin and wrapped it around her finger before looking for her Ambrosia kit, After opening the small packet and dipping her injured finger in the Ambrosia and then licking it off her finger It was like the cut never existed. The silence in the room was broken by her office phone ringing she turned her head and walked over to her desk " Hera speaking. " a few awkward seconds later " Aphrodite on line 3. " Hera clicked a button on the phone " Hello? " Hera sat down in her chair and faced the window "  We need to talk Hera. " Hera smirked and twirled her finger around the telephone cord " Oh aphrodite whatever do we need to talk about? " There was a brief moment of silence before Aphrodite spoke  " Why did you transfer Adonis to your unit? " Hera leaned back and spun around " Oh stop worrying about him aphrodite he's not even your real son! " Hera smiled feeling the rage radiating off Aphrodite. " If that's all goodbye have a nice evening and ill see you at Zeus's birthday party next Tuesday. " Hera hung up the phone before Aphrodite could even open her mouth to utter another word. Placing the phone down Hera grabbed her coat and bag and headed towards the door, opening the door she spotted Echo pouting at her desk like a sad puppy " Echo darling I need some assistance, do you mind working after hours? " Hearing her name Echo smiled and faced Hera "I'd love to assist you, your majesty. " Hera offered her Hand to Echo who quickly took up her offer and they left the office hand in hand, Once at Heras car the two got in and faced each other " We shouldn't be doing this echo. " Hera placed her hand on Echos cheek " I know but I really want to. " The twos faces inched closer and closer until Heras's lips were on Echos, Heras's hand trailed down Echos face which felt like heaven to Echo. But not wanting to mess up the moment but not knowing where to place her hands she pushed Heras hands off of her and placed them on Heras's cheeks " Your Majesty I know this is just you having fun and getting back at Zeus, But I think I love you. " Before Hera could respond even if she knew how to respond Echo had smashed her face onto Her, Hera kissed back with a blank expression on her face not knowing what to do or what to say other than let Echo have her fun. Hera pulled their faces apart a few minutes later so they could come up for air and breathe " Echo what did you say? " Echo frowned and her hands fell from Heras's face," I said I'm in love with you Hera, were you really that into it that you weren't listening? " Hera turned and faced the steering wheel and slammed her head into it and screamed leaving Echo in shock " Get out of my car. " Echo looked at Hera in disappointment " Your majesty don't do this right now. " Hera slowly turned her head and faced Echo " You do know who you're talking to right? What was that you said ¨ your Majesty ¨ That's right Echo I'm a queen! I'm married to the king of the gods! " Echo tried to wipe at the tears pouring out of Heras's eyes but Hera swiped her hands away " Just go Echo before this gets any worse. " Echo opened the car door before shutting it she looked at Hera with a frown " Ill have my resignation on your desk first thing tomorrow morning. " Hearing this Hera quickly reached for Echos hand " Echo! Wait I didn't mean it like that! " Echo shook her head and closed the door before turning around and walking towards her own "It's too late Hera, way too late." Hera watched from her seat as Echo walked away hoping she'd turn around and come back " Come on come on turn around Echo, we can fix this just turn around! " Echo didn't turn around though she kept on walking fighting the urges to turn around and run back into Hera's arms, To be safe once again in the arms of the goddess she loves.  

Kalila had arrived home not long after his meeting with Echo, still smelling the sweet smells from before he smiled and walked happily towards the Andron to tell his father about his evening. Not forgetting what Lord Kyros had threatened him wth earlier  Kalila had made up a story to tell his Father and hope it made him happy. He stopped just as he got to the doors of the Andron slowly knocking on them to see if his father was still awake " You may enter. " Kalila opened the door and smiled at his Father " Oh! Kalila your back, tell me about your evening. "  Kalila sat down next to his father " So I arrived and everyone was already feasting, but when my name was announced and everyone's head turned, I took my seat next to Lord Kypros and he continued our Feast and partying the night away, Then once all the guest had gone we took a stroll through his Gardens."  Horus smiled and gave Kalila a pat on the back " Kalila I'm proud of you and how you're handling this with great importance. " Kalila nodded his head and the two stood up and walked towards the door " Now go get some rest I'm sure you've had a very busy evening. " They parted ways as Horus walked towards his bedroom on the bottom floor and Kalila walked towards the bathrooms " Goodnight father! "
