"Holly?!?" Beth shakes me. "Hm?" I hummed. "if you wanted surgery today!" Katie says.
"um.. I want some time, and schedule it like a week from now? I'm just not yet ready" I explained
"Okay well, we'll give you a call okay?!?" Katie says. I nodded and waited for Beth to guide me.
"Oh and, since you don't really need her anymore and you have that boy of yours" Katie adds laughing.
I just laughed it off and held Beths arm. "Do you and Finn not have any plans?" Beth asks closing the door. "no, I dont think so" I tell her.
(Time skip to when they get to the house)
When we got to the apartment Beth leads me to my room and I laid down face first on the pillow.
I sighed since I haven't heard from Finn yet. "Holly! Come hear this voice message I got! I think its from Finn!" Beth Bursts in.
speak of the devil. "play it" I muttered on my pillow. "Okay okay" Beth chuckles.
"Hey Beth, its Finn. Can you tell Holly something? It's just that I'll be going back to LA and that I had fun with her, and that I l-l-lowkey think shes cool" His raspy yet deep voice says.
"Okay, thank you. You can go do whatever you were doing again" I tell Beth
"you're not gonna respond?" Beth sits on my bed. "no, I think he'll be fine. He's just here for a vacation right?" I muttered.
"okay, well I'm making some soup. I'll call you when its done" Beth gets off the bed.
soon a door closing was heard and I was now left alone. The truth is I don't think he'll be fine.
And I don't mean that as like a rude thing, its more like a "he will obviously always think of me and blah blah" .
But why would i think that? Oh I don't know holly?!? Maybe cause you both connected! Well for me that's what I saw! well, observed.
And thinking that I'll be able to see in like a week is scary! Like I don't know what he'll think.
He might lose interest in me cause I could see again and stuff. I know it sounds stupid! But he told me that "I think its cute that you're blind"
(Flashback)
"I think its cute that you're blind" he laughs. "Why is that?" I took a bite off my sandwich.
"Well for starters, you don't care about how someone looks!" He says and I just laughed
"usually they would judge me and stuff but you just call me cute" I laughed
"I wish you could see how pretty you are" Finn chuckles. "The last time I saw myself I was like 16" I laughed.
(End of Flashback)
I still don't know what I feel towards him. Like I haven't even seen him! But that's okay. His humor, His laugh, and his personality in general could make me fall. But right now, I can only imagine him as a friend.
