you're a rainbow on a stormy day ~ an original poem

You're tragically beautiful

Like a rainbow on a stormy day

Bringing beauty to the black and white world around it

Crystal clear water slashing onto the cliffs above

Foam sprinkling the rocks for just a second in a colour of white

Like the sun streaming into an hourglass

It's contents seeping slowly towards the bottom of the glass

Probably going to delete this part as I wrote this in two minutes🤷🏻‍♀️So please give criticism! But no hate! Thank you <3
