Kirishima awoke in Recovery Girl's office surrounded by worried faces.
"What happened?" Kirishima asked his head hurt bad.
"Recovery Girl said you had a panic attack, and you hit your head when you fell." Bakugou said worry etched deeply into his face.
"I'm sorry, I was thinking that if we fail you might not be able to achieve your dream...I.. I couldn't live with myself if I caused that." Kirishima felt his eyes get wet as the tightness in his chest returned.
"Kiri, I don't care, yes I want to be number one and to answer that moron's question," Bakugou sighed heavily, "No I wouldn't give up my dream for another man, but Kiri you're more to me than that, and I'd happily give it up for you."
Kirishima looked up into the scarlet eyes of the man he loved so deeply and saw nothing but truth shine back at him.
"Bakugou," he reached out to cup his face, "I love you."
After months of not saying those three little words, it felt so freeing to finally let them out. Bakugou and he had agreed that they wouldn't use that phrase until they were absolutely sure that they ment it, and in that moment Kirishima couldn't have ment it more.
"I love you too, Kiri, more than anything." Bakugou smiled and kissed him.
All the emotions and passion they had been holding back from each other exploded in that single kiss. By the time they broke apart Kirishima had a renewed confidence in both of them, and he set his heart and mind on them both graduating.
"I guess the upside down thing will have to wait, huh." Kirishima teased.
"Oh, but I'll make sure its well worth it." Bakugou winked.
"How much time do we have?" Kirishima asked.
"A little over three hours before we have to separate, but the teachers already moved some of your stuff over to their dorms so you aren't allowed to go back there." Bakugou sighed.
"Well then, here."Kirishima smiled and made room for him in the cot.
Bakugou grinned and climbed in next to him. Recovery Girl came in and grumbled a bit when she saw them but didn't bother making them move, she couldn't have possibly understood how important these last few moments of contact would be in the near future. As everyone else said their goodbyes and left, Bakugou slid something onto Kirishima's hand. When he looked down it was a black ring with the words 'I will be right here always.' written on it in bright orange.
"I asked Momo to make it so it would be a constant reminder that I'm by your side." Bakugou whispered.
Kirishima felt the tears well up again as he rolled over and buried his face into Bakugou's chest. They layed like that together till Aizawa and Present Mic came to get them.
Kirishima and Bakugou hugged each other and kissed for the last time before their three months of hell began.
As Kirishima walked twords the the teachers dorms he felt his stomach begin to ache and his insides twist with loss. His thumb absently twirling the ring on his finger. When he finally got to the dorms he had a special bracelet put on his wrist, he was told it would monitor his movements and that Bakugou had to wear an identical one so that they could show proof at the end of the month to the committee that they had both followed the instructions given.
Kirishima nodded and was brought to his room, the stuff they had grabbed was his clothes and personal items that was it, as he rummaged he also found they had accidentally thrown in one of Bakugou's hoodies which Kirishima promptly put on. He loved how it smelled like his brown sugary scent. He curled up in bed and began to cry, he promised he would see this through and be damned if he was going to let Bakugou down.
He stuck his hands into the pocket and dug out a crumpled peice of paper. He slowly unfolded it and wiped his eyes so he could read it.

Dear Kiri,
I asked Aizawa if I could give you my hoodie and this note and he said sure, so here goes. If you start crying for me I'll kill you. I know this will be hard but I promise I love you and I'll still be by your side when this is over. I'll be counting the minutes until we get to snuggle again, but you have to promise me you won't hurt yourself. If you get depressed talk to someone, I know that blonde idiot spends a lot of time over there with the little girl and he always seems so damn happy. Just take care of yourself, your master demands it.
Love you always,
Bakugou.
P.S. You still have shitty hair, and I've temporarily moved into your room.

Kirishima began to cry even harder, Bakugou the boy who wants to murder everyone, and bottle up everything, was telling him to talk if he got depressed. He also said he was staying in Kirishima's room, the image of him laying in his bed without him there made him sob harder and harder.
Kirishima had no idea what time it was by the time he finally stopped crying but he knew it was late and his whole body ached. He got up and went into the little bathroom that joined his room to take a shower. He turned the water on and sat underneath it for what must have been hours the scalding hot water doing nothing to ease the cold pit that lay in his chest. When he finally crawled into bed, wearing nothing but Bakugou's hoodie, it was four o'clock in the morning three hours before he had to be up for school. He let exhaustion take over tossing and turning for what seemed like eternity untill finally he fell into a bottomless, restless, and dreamless abyss. His last cognitive thought was, he wondered how Bakugou was doing, and if he could sleep either.
