Sunwhisker stretched out his legs as he watched his mate bring a rabbit to the edge of camp.
'I wish shed forgive me...' he thought as he watched her set the rabbit down. He was about to walk over when she stood up and walked to the dirt place.
Thats when he noticed it. He could see a hole in the rabbit from where he sat. He padded slowly over to it, looking around at his clanmates who werent paying any mind to him, except Deerstar who gave him a dirty look.
'Shes still mad at me... and she probably thinks i killed her son.' He thought sadly.
He stalked over to the rabbit and sniffed at the hole.
That's when he smelt it. Deathberries.
He dug into the rabbit with his claws and found them- several small deathberries, packed in the rabbits stomach.
"Who did this!" He yowled, earning several suprised glances.
"Who tried to kill my mate?"
