(9 days later: Day of Warped tour)
-Kat's POV-
The minute I woke up, I ran around trying to get ready. It seems like forever since I last saw Ronnie, even though he only left for Warped 2 days ago. And I can't wait for Brooke to get to see Black Veil Brides.
After I showered, I got dressed. I wore short, light blue shorts. With that I had on my Falling in Reverse tank top. I put on a bunch of various bracelets. I also put on a necklace that I have that has a little heart with stitched ribbon across it.
Then to my hair. I dried it and then teased it a little. I had recently re dyed it so now it's black with red underneath the bangs. I pinned my bangs up so you could see the red too.
I applied some eyeliner around my eyes, but not too much since it's hot, and then put on some red lipstick.
Yep. This'll do.
I heard a knock, and ran flying down the stairs to open the door for an excited Brooke. Her light pink hair was gently teased, and pulled into a mid-height side ponytail. She had a black bandana wrapped around the top of her head. She was wearing black, short, jean shorts, along with a Misfits tank top.
We squealed and hugged each other. This was going to be so much fun.
"Okay, c'mon Brooke! We need to get there early so Ronnie can get us in!"
We ran to my car and got in. We drove to the venue and got out. We saw Ronnie waiting by the door, looking around for us. Finally, his eyes found us.
"Guys hurry, more people are arriving!"
We ran after him as he led us to where we go.
"Hey Kat," Brooke said whilst running, "How do you know Ronnie?"
"Long story" I sighed.
Finally we made our way to in front of the stage, and Ronnie left us.
After more people arrived, and the show started, we saw amazing bands including Breathe Carolina, Blood on the Dance Floor, and Pierce the Veil. When Escape the Fate came on, I felt Max's eyes on me the whole time, but I only dared look once. During that one glance, he looked so hurt. Like he really missed me. Next, was Falling in Reverse.
They all looked so amazing up there. I forced myself to look at each band member, to stall myself from seeing who I really wanted to see. But finally, my eyes found Ronnie. He was so perfect up there, singing and running around. He sang The Westerner, Raised by Wolves, and Why do Good Girls Like Bad Guys. Then the band started playing the beginning for The Drug in Me is you. But when the time came, he didn't start singing.
"Hold up," Ronnie said into the microphone, "I want someone very special to come up here with me."
Shock was written all over my face, which was then replaced with curiosity as Ronnie's eyes landed on me.
"Kat, will you please come up here?"
I refused to go up. No. What is he even doing? I felt all eyes on me as Ronnie squatted down and held out his hand to help me up on stage. Reluctantly, I took it. He pulled me up, and held me close.
"I want everyone to know how I feel about you Kat," He said looking into my eyes, "I love you. I love you more than anything. And I don't want to have to hide it. In fact, I can't hide it any longer. You're the only one for me."
