The whole month of march, I've been busy for our NC3. I practice my food and bev operations in our house or in Theron's condo. I already finished doing my folio for the event's planning. I'm just waiting for the announcement of our teacher. It was really hard because I'm doing it alone.
Isa kasi siyang news writer dun. We couldn't even catch up.
"Two weeks nalang ipre present na namin yun. After midterms," I sip on my shake.
"Sayang, si Theron? Kumusta?"
Nagkibit balikat ako. Isang beses pa lang kaming nagkaka usap ngayong araw. I felt unhappy but I couldn't complain. We're both busy.
"Busy. Katatapos lang niyang magpresent dun sa President"
May binigay kasing project yung president ng university namin sakanya. Kapag magkasama kami yun palagi ang pinagkaka abalahan niya. I couldn't offer him some help because I don't know anything about leadership and stuff like that. It's the second week of April. The week of judgement. Finally.
"Miss. De Veyra, please" our subject teacher motioned the door. "Good luck" she tapped my back.
She's already reading my folio. I remained standing in front waiting for her to throw some question.
"Let's say you're a wedding planner, it was the day of the wedding when a storm came. Ruining everything that you've prepared. You decided to postpone it but the couple are asking for their payment back. What would you possibly do?"
I cleared my throat and prepared myself to answer her question based on what I know.
"We have agreed to a contract. Signing a contract only means you have read and understand everything that's in it. We can only postpone it not cancel. My company can pay for the damages but not the whole payment. Negotiations can do," I nervously smiled.
I don't know if what I'm saying is right.
The person inside gave me her thumbs up and showing me a paper saying I passed!
"How was it?" Wendy asked eagerly.
"I passed!" excited kong sambit. She hugged me.
"Congrats to us!" she giggled.
Tapos na din namin yung food and bev operations. We waited for our other classmates. I just hope all of us passed.
"All of you passed! Let's celebrate, my treat. Yellow Cab?"
We all cheered when our subject teacher announced that. I didn't bring my car since I'm planning to call Theron later. I'll inform him about the outcome.
While waiting for our food, I texted Theron where he can pick me up later. My classmates are loud and I couldn't get along well because I'm not that type of person. I don't talk that much.
