Chapter 25

"Hi there. How are you feeling now?" The boy whispers. He is standing near the bed.

"Sam? Is that you?" The girl asks in an inaudible voice.

"Yes. It's me Aly. It's Sam. Thank god you woke up finally. I was so scared. I thought We messed it up all." Sam tells her with a grieve expression on his face.

"Where are we?" She asks again. Her face is struck with horror.

"Hey it's alright. We are safe. We are in our own territory." He answers her with a pleasing expression. She gets confuse.

"What do you mean by our own territory? Sam?" She swallows hard while looking at him with a confusing look.

"We made it Aly. We made it. We are with our own people. You are with your real family now." He replies with a smiling face.

"What? You are... No. No way. You must be kidding me right?" She asks disbelievingly.

"Come on. Get up. They are all waiting for you outside." He helps her in getting up from the bed.

"But how did I end up here?" She asks when making herself get up from the bed.

"Oh that. You lost your mind for a moment and fainted after you know.. the incident that happened earlier. So I took you with me and we went through the forests until I find a man who actually helps me you know with all the stuff and then he took us here. It's a long story anyway forget about it. The worst has been passed now it's time for us to celebrate" He explains to her in a hurried tone and rushed to help her standing and walking out of the room. She looks at him with a serious tone but finds herself way too exhausted to ask anything further.

They come out of the room. Sam is giving her support to walk without getting fall on the floor. She still feels very tired. She thinks about the incident. It wasn't something that can made her this exhausted and nauseous. May be it can affect her mind but she was feeling tired physically more than mentally.

She looks up. There are many people gathered outside the room with all smiling faces. They rushed towards her and start meeting her and hugging her giving her all the glad looks and tears of happiness in their eyes. She meets them all one by one now feeling safe and secured around her own people. They talk about the old times. Everything looks so good yet she feels something missing. It's something incomplete. She feels sad and alone. She fails to understand what's it all about but it's making her sad more as the time passes by. She doesn't want to think the only thought that's coming into her mind over and over again.

She doesn't know why but every time they do something to make her happy she remembers her old pack and troop. The time she spent with them, the moments, all of them comes suddenly into her mind making her think if she starts missing them already.
