Chapter 28

Emily's POV

I wrapped my arms around his neck as I responded to his demanding kiss. He slid his hand under my nightie, stroking my thigh while his tongue was fighting with my tongue for dominance. He removed my robe as he opened my sash while his lips moved down to my neck, placing wet kisses. I moaned, gripping his hair as he bit my neck.

"You drive me crazy." He whispered in my ear and pulled my earlobe between his teeth.

"Cody." I moaned, closing my eyes as he pressed his hard member against my stomach.

"Look, how much I want you, princess." He said, placing kisses on my neck as his hand slid between my legs.

I moaned, closing my eyes shut as his fingers touched my core. My body tensed up. My heart was beating faster and faster.

He gave me a boyish smile as he came back. I gave him a shy smile, my cheeks crimson red. He lay down beside me and pulled me into his chest. He placed a soft kiss on my hair, breathing in my scent as he hugged me tightly. I smiled in happiness and leaned my head on his firm chest.

"Are you okay?" He asked, concerned and trailed his hand up and down my arm.

"Yes. Don't worry." I said softly and placed a tender kiss on his chest. He smiled and tightened his arms around me.

When I woke up the following morning, the bed was empty; I heard the sound of running water coming from the bathroom. I wrapped the cover around my body as I sat up on the bed. I pursed my lips together as I felt pain between my legs; I was sore.

A few seconds later, the sound of water stopped. Cody walked out of the bathroom, a towel wrapped around his waist while water droplets were dripping down his body. As he saw me awake, he bit his lower lip, looking at me uncomfortably.

"Good morning." I gave him a shy smile.

"Morning." He mumbled without looking into my eyes and started drying his hair with another towel walking towards the walk-in closet. He breathed deeply and mumbled something under his breath as he turned towards me. "Em... I am really sorry. I shouldn't do it. I was drunk and.... It happened. I am sorry." He said, giving me an apologetic look.
