5- Suspect

It was.... Sapnap..?

Max closed his eyes and told himself he was dreaming. He opened his eyes again and still saw him. The last person he expected to bump into was Sapnap, Max wanted to make sure this was Sapnap, and not some random lookalike.

"uh... w-what's your name...?"

"Oh, y-you can call me Nick."

He then remembered that Sapnap's real name was Nick. He saw that Nick was looking at him, expecting an answer.

'uh.. I think he's expecting an answer...'

"O-oh, okay... I think I recognize you from somewhere.."

"Yeah, uhm, let me help you."

Nick let out his hand to help Max get up. Max grabbed his hand and then realized that Nick didn't live in Canada.

'Wait... Isn't he from the US? In Texas?! Why is he here? In this store specifically now?'

"Hah.. Be more careful n-next time! H-have a great day..!"

Nick then ran off, leaving Max suspicious. But, it's normal to act that way, right?

'Maybe he's just antisocial, l-like me? No, I don't think he would act this way towards other people. But how would I know that? I barely know anything about him! The only thing I know about him is that he's part of the Dream Team. And.... wait... the Dream Team.? Aren't Dream and Skeppy like... no..'

I looked back at ;##']£, he was thinking of new video ideas. He looked at me, and told me an idea that he had in mind.

"Him..?"

"Let's see who could reach >¥9£|> subscribers first!"

"Oh! Let's spice it up! Make a bet with $(#%{]^!"

"Oh yeah! What kind of bet?"

"I have an idea...!"

Max looked at Invaded Lands. Everything seemed good, there were only a couple hackers, but other than that, it was good. He soon saw $(#%{]^,  and knew that something was up.

Max payed for his stuff. He almost forgot he was at the store still. He finished paying, and took a bus home. He went home, and put all his stuff on the counter. He decided to greet Dusk, but there was no sign of him.
