14- simplified ending.

this ending is kinda crap but i couldn't think of anything else sorry

after telling the story, Zak apologizes for getting them both into this mess. Max tries to reassure him that it isn't his fault, but Zak sighs, and reminds them that they both have to get out of here. 

Max breaks open the vent opening, and they soon crawl inside. They find an opening, and they crawl out. Max looks around, and tells Zak that the coast is clear. They go behind a table, and Max asks a question, "have you.. ever seen Neon in here?" Zak thinks a little, and responds, "uhm, i've never seen him, but i think he had to be somewhere around here-" Max covered Zak's mouth, Zak listened a bit, and heard footsteps.

they quickly go back inside the vent, and explore until they found the main room. They went out, and saw Clay defending the front door. Max tells Zak to distract Clay somehow, and he would find the key and get them outa here.

Zak somehow distracts clay and leads him to another room, and Max realizes that Clay dropped the key, it probably fell out when clay ran after Zak. Max picked the key up, and started to unlock the door. The door was unlocked and he tried to open it, but as the door got loose, Nick showed up, and then nearly missed Max's head while shooting. Zak and clay come back, and Clay trips, making it easier for Max and Zak to ecsape. 

They run as fast as they can through the sewer, and hear footsteps behind them, but they soon lost Clay. They went around they corner, and decided to rest in the corner. They soon got their breath, and started speaking. Zak spoke first, "do.. how.. how could we get out of here..? Who knows how big this sewer is.."

Max sighed, "i'm not sure, but, we're out of that place, so we're probably safe now." Zak nodded, and then they both heard footsteps come closer to them. They couldn't really run, since they were at a dead end. The figure came closer, and closer. Zak looked at the shadow, and soon realized, that it was Neon.

Zak's eyes widened, and he ran up to Neon, and hugged him tightly. Neon jolted a bit by the sudden movement, but hugged Zak back. Max slowly walked up to them, and sighed in relief. Zak broke the hug, and wiped a tear from his face, "i.. we thought you were gone!" Neon smiled, and reassured them that he was okay. They had a moment, and walked around, while trying to find an exit.

soon, they heard echoed mewing, Zak looked around, and told them that they should go investigate what it was. Max's eyes widened, he told them that it was probably his cat, so they went closer to the mewing. They arrived there, and found Dusk, he was scared, and lost. Max ran up to him, and hugged him tightly. Dusk became quiet, and started purring.

they see a light someone but nick and clay then come and they all just fight ig? while fighting, someone comes and knocks out clay and nick, and they find out that it was george who helped them, they all reunite, have a moment then walk towards the light.

they all get out, and somehow contact the authorities. they get to the hospital, and they heal their bruises, broken bones, etc. after a while they could get out and continue on with their lives. george, clay and nick get group therapy, they get on okay terms with each other, but their former friendship is forever broken.

max and zak get therapy too, and soon live on with their lives. many things have changed since that experience, george, clay and nick still make youtube videos, is just that— george is his own separate channel, still making minecraft challenge videos. while clay and nick are just the two friends making videos together. the dream team fans still wonder what suddenly happened, many rumours, and theory's have been going around, but no one could get it right.

back to zak and max, zak decides to stay with max for one more week, but then, he has to go home back to his family. zak still makes youtube videos, but he rarely does facecam due to the scar on his eye, when he does facecam— he has an eyepatch on his scarred eye, and tried his best to hide it with his hair, he's also less energetic in his videos.

zak and max become closer to each other, and interact with each other more often. nothing really changes with max's youtube status, his videos are the same, his interactions with zak are the same in his videos too.

Max and Zak go outside together, and Max goes to the spot in the park, the park. the park where it have all started. he sat down on the hill, and looked down at the setting sun. he sighed, Zak walked up to him, and sat down next to him. "what are you doing?" max looked at him, "uhm, just.. thinking.. and looking at the sunset."

"it looks so.. beautiful.." max nodded

"mhm...." 

Zak started to pet Dusk, and started to talking to him.

Max stared at the sunset, and started to drift away in thought.

'they changed them so much.. or even me too. this experience changed us mentally, and some, even physically. it changed our online status'. and how we act to different situations. i wish it was like before. i mean, that's what everyone wants right now. but, no matter how much they changed us.. the damage has been already done, and there's no way to get back. this experience was just so... speechless."
