Five months have gone by since I met The Midnight Beast. Since I met Stefan. Stefan and I see eachother everyday. Weather we are at his house or he is at mine. We don’t just hang out alone all the time. We hang out with Dru and Ash too. The past month Jenna and Liam have been going through rough patches. Yes Liam as in Zayn’s bandmate. To get Liam off Jenna’s mind I decided to introduce her to new people.Things are going well with Stefan and I, and he might ask me to be his girlfriend, so she should get to know him and his friends.
Me: What are you doing today?
Jenna: Laying in bed with cookies and watching scary movies…
Me: No you are not. Get dressed I am picking you up in 20 minutes
I drive to Jenna’s flat and pick her up. To have a fun day out with me and The Midnight Beast. They have a gig tonight so I figured we could just hang out and watch them perform later.
“Where are we going?” Jenna asks as she gets in the car.
“To meet up with the guys I have been telling you about”
“I finally get to meet them. Its only been five months. Have you been too busy sucking Stefan’s face off to introduce me?”
“I know you should have meet them already. I’m sorry”
We drive for about 15 minutes before pulling up in front of Stefan’s house.
“Whose house is this?!” Jenna asks as we pull up.
“Stefan’s” I say. Her mouth practically drops to the floor.
We walk up to the door and wait for Stefan to come let us in. He opens the door and kisses me.
“I’ve missed you” he says pulling away from me.
“Since yesterday?” I reply
“Of course. I can’t spend a minute without you”
“This is my best friend Jenna” I giggle.
“Nice to meet you. Come on in” he says holding the door open.
“Nice to meet you too. Your house is beautiful” Jenna says stepping in.
“Its only beautiful because two beautiful girls just walked in” Stefan says.
“Wow you are cheesey” I say walking into the living room where I hear Ash and Dru yelling about something.
I walk in to see the two playing video games. Jenna walks in behind me. Ash glances up and takes a double take when he see Jenna. I can tell already that he likes her.
“Guys this is my best friend Jenna. Jenna this is Dru and Ash” I introduce her.
“Hello” Jenna says shyly. That is the thing about Jenna, she is so shy at first but once she gets to know you it is all over. She becomes the funny one, the prankster, the best.
“Sit down. Make yourself at home” Stefan tells us. Jenna waits for me to sit down first, she seems slightly uncomfortable in the new situation. After sitting down Jenna comes and sits next to me. A few minutes pass and Stefan says he needs to see me in the kitchen. I get up and follow him. When we get in the kitchen he pulls me close and kisses me repeatedly.
Jenna’s PoV:
Emmy gets up and goes into the kitchen. I probably to have to talk to Ash and Dru by myself now. I don’t know why but I am very shy in new situations. I look at the screen and watch Ash kill Dru in their battle game. Then a voice breaks the silence.
“Jenna, do you want to play now?” Dru is handing me his remote control. “I have to use the lou.”
“Uhhh yeah sure.” I say as I take the controller from him. Ash looks over at me, a small smile on his face.
“So, have you ever played before?” I shake my head no. “Well then I will go easy on you. Here,” he grabs my hands, “this button is to jump.” He pushes my thumb on the x. “And this stick makes you move. Other than that you should get the hang of it.” He lets go of my hands and we begin to play. At first i am really bad but I soon get the hang of it. I play video games sometimes, just never this one before.
“WHAT THE FUCK!” Ash shouts as I kill his character. Stef and Em come into the room because of the shouting.
“Is everything alright?” Stef asks.
“Yeah, yeah. I just did not expect her to beat me, thats all.” Ash says, looking at me. I cannot tell if he hates me now or is honestly baffled.
“You know maybe you just aren’t as good as you think you are Ash.” Emmy says.
“Uh, sorry.” I say to Ash, hoping the apology will smooth things out.
“No it’s alright. Wanna play again?” He wants to play again even though I beat him. I guess he is not as mad as I thought he was, maybe we can be friends and play video games together. None of my other friends really like them except Liam’s, but I don’t really want to hang out with them right now. It’s not that I don’t like them, in fact they are like my brothers, it’s just that things with Liam and I aren’t going so well.
“Yeah sure.” I reply and we start a new match. Ash wins this time and I think that he seems to like me more afterwards. We really hit it off playing video games, we are actually quite similar. I am really glad Emmy invited me to come today.
