Who can you Trust ?

It's always something.

Keshia started her new job and so far she was loving it. Everyone loved Keshia although she had been working there for a couple of weeks.

Keshia was finishing up her shift one night, Bianca sent her a text message explaining what she wanted to tell her on the phone .
"Hey Keshia I wanted to tell you that Mimi is pregnant and I'm hearing it could be Darius kid, I just wanted to let you know."
Keshia's looked down at her phone in disbelief.
The next was Darius court day.

Darius had called Keshia when she had got home from work.
"Keshia ?"
"Darius I don't wanna do this anymore .. first you so called raped Mimi , now she has a baby on the way ."
"A what ? That baby is not mine Keshia and you know I didn't do that , I thought you believed me ."
Keshia hangs up the phone. Things are starting to become more difficult for Keshia day by day. She's starting to feel alone . So much chaos has happened in a the last past couple of months. From losing her closest friend as soon as they got into high school , then fighting her. On top of that being lied on by Mimi's mother saying she had killed her. Now this whole situation with Darius has Keshia very distraught and frustrated.

It's the middle of the summer . Keshia grandparents were in town to visit. Keshia was working the day they flew in. She got off at 8:00. Keshia was finished up her shift. Her grandparents had called her ...
"Hey , love bug were outside to pick you up." Grandma Dee says to Keshia .
Keshia didn't know her grandparents were in town . As soon as she heard her voice an instant relief came to Keshia .
"Omg ! Why didn't you tell me you guys were coming ?"
They both laugh on the phone.
Keshia clocks out, grabbing her purse & her jacket.
They start driving to Keshia's house.

The next morning , it was a beautiful day outside, until she realized it was Darius's court date. She did not want to get out of bed. Grandma dee peeks around the corner looking into Keshia's room.
"Good morning sleepy head , get up and get yourself together , your momma told me your off today so we're gonna go do something's and the family reunion is coming up ."
Keshia grunts . She gets out of the bed and gets herself together. The energy in the household was so uplifting , to where Keshia knew it was going to be a good day. She ends up forgetting about Darius court date. Keshia goes about her day with her grandparents.

Later that night , Keshia got a text message from this unknown number.
"Yes , Darius is my baby's father. I know you mad I would be too , but he's no longer yours anymore he's mine & he's not going anywhere."
Keshia blocked the number instantly. That night Keshia could not fall asleep. She was tossing and turning all night. The message she got from Mimi was bothering her so much .
She got up to grab some water from the kitchen. She saw the TV on in the living room. It was her grandpa sleeping on the couch. She walked over to turn it off.
"I know Your not okay kesh, but something dramatic in your life is about to happen, you need to pray ,and you need focus your extremely distracted .." her grandpa had said with his eyes closed.
Keshia looked over at him & fell back asleep. She walks back to her room and laid down.

Keshia finally falls asleep.
