{Dating Destiel. Sorry in advance for any feels. BEFORE READING, please listen to the song 'It's Real Love' by Tom Odell. I don't know if the video will work so look it up on YouTube - very important! Sorry for any inconveniences, but please!}

"All my little plans and schemes,
Lost life some forgotten dream,
Seems like all I really was doing,
Was waiting for you..." Dean's voice was quiet as it gently sung the words into Cas' ear. Their heads were resting lightly on each other's shoulders, often pressing light, meaningful kisses to the others' neck, their arms tightly holding their partner against them. They both kept their eyes closed, both holding back tears.

How had it come to this? The end of the earth? They had stopped the apocalypse before, but it was somehow now so unstoppable.

"Just like little girls and boys,
Playing with their little toys,
Seems like all they really were doing,
Was waiting for love..." Cas' voice was unusually soft as he sung in the next verse.

They would be gone soon. Both of them, along with the rest of this sad little world. An instant, a second, a moment, and just like that, everything would be gone. They knew it wouldn't hurt, but still they dreaded it.

They stood together slow dancing, so slowly, in the dark and dirty, little motel room. But none of that mattered. Nothing mattered anymore. It was just Dean and Castiel. Together 'till the end.

"Don't need to be alone,
Don't need to be alone."

The song explained it all so well, the love they felt, how true and pure it was. This was it; the finale, the end - and their love was the only thing keeping them sane. They didn't need anything else but this song.

"It's real love,
It's real,
It's real love,
It's real."

This was it.

"It's real love,
It's real,
It's real love,
It's real."

The end of it all.

"It's real love,
It's real,
It's real love,
It's real."

"Bye, Cas." Dean whispered, in the small break.
"Bye, Dean." Castiel breathed, just in time to sing with his love again, for the last time.

"It's real love,
It's real,
It's real love,
It's real lo-"
