Chapter 15: The Game of Cards

(A/N: I fell in love with EXO's new song "The Winter's Tale". Especially Baekhyun's voice)

"Did you finish, Karelyn?" Jo In Sung, the school's principal, my uncle

"Can't you get me a quieter place?" I asked, annoyed by the noise outside, well I was in the classroom alone, the rest are outside

"Well, Woobin is in his office" He said, referring to his son, Kim Woobin, my cousin. I have a weird family

"Can i not?" I looked at him

He sighed and looked through the window

"We have the Blackjack's Office" he said and my eyes widened

"I can't go there" I quickly said

Okay, let me explain. Our school is divided into what normal people call 'Branchs'. In our school, these 'branchs' are united as one, called 'The Game of Cards'

'The Game of Cards' is divided into 5 'branches' or mostly known as 'Joker'. These 5 jokers are: The Clever's Clever, The Diamond King, The Armor in Spade, King/Queen of Hearts and Last but not least, The Royal Blackjack

The Clever's Clever: The Clever's Clever is chosen by every teacher and staff in the school. It is normally the most intelligent student. It's representative day is St. Patrick's Day, which is March 17

The Diamond King: The Diamond King is chosen by the principal. It is normally the most voluntary student. It's representative day is World Heritage Day, which is April 18

The Armor in Spade: The Armor in Spade is chosen by the students. It is normally the strongest student. It's representative day is National Defense Day, which is March 3

King/Queen of Hearts: The King/Queen of Hearts is chosen by the Blackjack. It will normally be the Blackjack's partner or sometimes lover. It's representative day is Valentines Day, which is February 14

The Royal Blackjack: The Blackjack is chosen by the Education Department. It is always the most powerful student. The Blackjack has a higher place than the principal. Unlike the other Jokers, The Royal Blackjack has 2 representative days, Christmas Day and Law Day, which are December 25th and November 26th

This year, the students still go by the previous Blackjack, No Min Woo. Not from Boyfriend, the actor No Min Woo. Minwoo graduated last year, but since no one is Blackjack, he still sends some orders. Enough explaining, back to the story.

"Karelyn, soon everyone will know" Insung patted my shoulder

"I can't" I looked down

"But still, go over and finish this" Uncle insisted

"I'll teleport you" Woobin came out of nowhere

"Huh?" I looked at him and laughed, he was wearing a turtle neck

"I know I look ridiculous, Mom threatened me" he rolled his eyes and stretched his arm.

"I have to call Minwoo again" I sighed when i reached the office. I sat down on the chair (office in the media, but it had a chimney)

"I'll be going, if you don't want to be found out, I suggest you don't leave this office" he suggested

"I know" I smiled and he teleported

I sighed and got my things together

I haven't seen Karelyn all day, I'm worried. Is she sick? Is she ok? I have never been so worried in my life
